强化安全教育在呼吸科护理技术操作带教中作用的效果观察

[摘要] 目的 觀察强化安全教育在呼吸科护理技术操作带教中作用的效果。方法 选定100名呼吸科实习护理人员，时间选择于：2018年2月—2019年2月，所有实习护理人员均接受常规的教学培训，之后随机分为两组：对照组与研究组，对照组接受一般安全教育，研究组实施强化安全教育。对组间的出科理论成绩、出科技能成绩、护理安全能力提高率、护理差错发生率进行指标对比。结果 就研究组而言，其出科理论成绩（83.33±3.23）分、出科技能成绩（85.56±3.12）分指标均高于对照组（出科理论成绩、出科技能成绩指标分别：（73.32±3.66）分、（75.54±1.23）分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），研究组护理安全能力提高率（96.00%）指标高于对照组（84.00%），且其护理差错发生率（4.00%）低于对照组（16.00%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 强化安全教育在呼吸科护理技术操作带教中的作用显著，能够提高护理人员的护理操作业务能力，降低护理差错发生率。

Observation on the Effect of Intensified Safety Education in the Teaching of Nursing Technical Operation in Respiratory Department

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of strengthening safety education in the teaching of nursing techniques in respiratory department. Methods A total of 100 respiratory nursing nurses were selected. The time was selected from February 2018 to February 2019. All the nursing nurses received regular teaching and training， and then they were randomly divided into two groups： control group and study group. The control group received general safety education， and the study group implemented intensive safety education. Index comparisons were made between the theoretical academic results， scientific and technological achievements， the improvement rate of nursing safety ability， and the incidence of nursing errors among the groups. Results As far as the study group was concerned， the academic performance scores （83.33±3.23）points and academic performance scores （85.56±3.12）points were higher than those of the control group （theoretical performance scores and technical performance indicators：（73.32±3.66）points，（75.54±1.23）points， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）; and for the study group， the improvement rate of its nursing safety ability （96.00%） was higher than that of the control group （84.00%）， and its nursing errors occurrence rate （4.00%） was lower than the control group （16.00%）， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Strengthened safety education plays a significant role in teaching nursing technical operation in respiratory department. It can improve the nursing operation ability of nursing staff and reduce the incidence of nursing errors.

呼吸科患者一般都存在年龄大、病情易反复、病情发展速度快且危重的特点，并且，由于患者缺乏一定的自我保护能力，因此，发生住院不良事件的几率较高，该种情况对护理人员提出了更高的要求，也同时为带教护理实习加大了责任与风险[1];在护理技术操作带教的过程中，加强安全教育是关键[2]。该文选定2018年2月—2019年2月100名呼吸科实习护理人员为研究对象，观察强化安全教育在呼吸科护理技术操作带教中作用的效果。现报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

选定100名呼吸科实习护理人员，所有实习护理人员均接受常规的教学培训，之后随机分为两组：对照组与研究组。

对照组：50名实习人员均为女性，年龄在20～25岁，平均年龄（23.33±1.21）岁;本科及其以上学历30名，专科学历20名。……
