医养结合模式老年护理员培训与满意度相关性研究

[摘要] 目的 探討医养结合模式对养老护理员的护理知识知晓率及入住老人满意度的影响。方法 采用该院自制的调查表，对2018—2019年期间60名养老护理员的护理知识知晓情况和120例入住老人护理满意度进行调查评估，根据评估统计结果制定相关护理知识培训，分析培训前后护理人员护理知识知晓率情况和入住老人满意度情况。结果 通过医养结合模式下对养老护理员进行相关护理知识培训后，护理员知识知晓率由培训前的37.38%提高到 77.14%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），通过培训后的调查，入住老人的整体护理满意度也达到了97.92%，明显高于培训前的88.08%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 通过医养结合模式下对护理员进行系统化护理知识的培训，能显著提高养老护理员的知识知晓率，入住老人的护理满意度也显著提高。

Study on the Correlation between Training and Satisfaction of the Elderly Caregiver Based on the Combination of Medical Care and Support

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of the combination of medical care and nursing mode on the nursing knowledge awareness rate and satisfaction of the elderly residents. Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to survey and evaluate the nursing knowledge awareness of 60 elderly care workers and nursing satisfaction of the 120 case elderly caregivers during the period 2018 to 2019. Based on the statistical results of the evaluation， relevant nursing knowledge training was developed， and nursing knowledge of nursing staff before and after training was analyzed. Awareness of the situation and satisfaction of the elderly were analyzed. Results After training related nursing knowledge for the elderly caregivers under the mode of integrated medical care and nursing， the knowledge awareness rate of caregivers increased from 37.38% before training to 77.14%. The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. According to the survey， the overall nursing satisfaction of the elderly residents also reached 97.92%， which was significantly higher than 88.08% before training， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The systematic nursing training of nursing staff under the mode of combining medical care and nursing can significantly improve the knowledge awareness rate of the elderly caregivers and the nursing satisfaction of the elderly residents. It also further affirms the effect of the intervention model.

随着我国整体经济水平的高速发展，医疗和生活水平都得到很大的提高，个体寿命得到明显延长[1]。近年来，随着我国人口结构的改变，老龄人口占比加大，同时加上老龄化的加剧，针对老年人的护理服务需求非常急切[2]。而就目前我国养老护理员整体水平还较低，且能力参差不齐，也未有效建立起养老护理培训体系[3]。目前针对养老服务的医疗结构或敬老院采用的多属于一般家政化类型的服务，且护理员年龄都偏大，专业水平欠缺，无法保证对住养人的专业有效的护理照顾，特别是对一些慢性疾病、半失能老人的护理效果极为有限，造成入住老人很多的健康隐患，也造成国家医疗资源的浪费[4]。在此背景下，国家适时提出医养结合新型养老模式，目的实现医、养的无缝对接，使医疗机构养老服务延伸到社区和家庭及敬老院等机构，实现资源有效整合，提升护理员护理水平的提升，同时也有效提高入住老人的护理质量[5]。……
