胰岛素联合二甲双胍对糖尿病患者血糖水平及胰岛功能的影响

[摘要] 目的 探讨分析胰岛素聯合二甲双胍对糖尿病患者血糖水平及胰岛功能的影响。 方法 在2018年1—12月该院收治的糖尿病患者中选取58例，随机分两组：观察组（29例）在治疗中采用胰岛素联合二甲双胍的用药方案，对照组（29例）在治疗中采用单纯胰岛素的用药方案，对两组治疗前后的血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平、C肽水平及Homa-β与Homa-IR水平变化进行观察与比较。结果 治疗前对比两组的血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平、C肽水平及Homa-β与Homa-IR水平发现均差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗后两组的血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平、C肽水平及Homa-β与Homa-IR水平均有明显改善（P<0.05），且对比发现观察组的改善程度均明显更高（P<0.05）。结论 对糖尿病患者采用胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗可有效改善其血糖水平及胰岛功能。

Effects of Insulin Combined with Metformin on Blood Glucose Levels and Islet Function in Patients with Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of insulin combined with metformin on blood glucose levels and islet function in patients with diabetes. Methods January to December In 2018， 58 patients with diabetes were selected from the hospital and randomly divided into 2 groups： the observation group （29 cases） used the combination of insulin and metformin in the treatment， and the control group （29 cases） used the pure insulin in the treatment. The medication regimen was used to observe and compare changes in blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin levels， C-peptide levels， and Homa-β and Homa-IR levels before and after treatment in the two groups. Results Before treatment， the blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin levels， C-peptide levels， and Homa-β and Homa-IR levels were not significantly different between the two groups （P>0.05）. After treatment， the blood glucose， glycated hemoglobin levels， and C-peptide levels of the two groups were not significantly different. And Homa-β and Homa-IR levels were significantly improved （P<0.05）， and the improvement was significantly higher in the observation group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Insulin combined with metformin treatment for diabetic patients can effectively improve their blood glucose levels and islet function.

糖尿病乃临床常见病与多发病，由于该病多见于中老年人群，且危害较大、并发症多、根治较困难，因此被称为中老年人的“健康杀手”[1]。糖尿病本身属于一种慢性病，患者一旦确诊后，通常都会经历非常漫长的抗病过程，严重的糖尿病往往难以治愈，且很容易引起高血压、高血脂等心血管并发症，从而给患者的健康与生活造成了极其不利的影响[2]。糖尿病患者患病后，除了要养成健康的生活和饮食习惯以外，坚持正确用药治疗是十分不要的，不过，目前临床上可选的用药方案较多，所以药物的选择成为了一大难题。该文为研究胰岛素联合二甲双胍对糖尿病患者血糖水平及胰岛功能的影响，现在2018年1—12月该院收治的糖尿病患者中选取58例，报道如下。
