循证护理对老年消化性溃疡合并糖尿病患者血糖水平及满意度的影响

[摘要] 目的 分析在老年消化性溃疡合并糖尿病患者护理中运用循证护理后对患者血糖水平与满意度的影响。 方法选取30例老年消化性溃疡合并糖尿病患者，收治时间2018年1月—2019年6月，根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，前者行传统护理，后者行循证护理，比较两组血糖平稳率、总有效率与护理满意度。 结果 与对照组相比，观察组血糖更为平稳，治疗总有效率与护理满意度明显更高，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 循证护理在老年消化性溃疡合并糖尿病患者护理中疗效确切，可稳定患者血糖水平，同时有利于提升其护理满意度。

Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on Blood Glucose Level and Satisfaction in Elderly Patients with Peptic Ulcer Complicated with Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on blood glucose levels and satisfaction of patients with elderly peptic ulcer complicated with diabetes. Methods Thirty elderly patients with peptic ulcer complicated with diabetes were selected and treated from January 2018 to June 2019. They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method. The blood glucose plateau rate， total effective rate， and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group， the blood glucose in the observation group was more stable， the total effective rate of treatment and satisfaction with care were significantly higher， and the differences between the groups were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing is effective in the nursing of elderly patients with peptic ulcer complicated with diabetes. It can stabilize the blood glucose level of patients and improve their nursing satisfaction.

消化性溃疡是消化内科慢性溃疡性疾病，主要发生在胃与十二指肠，糖尿病的好发人群为老年人，所以部分老年消化性溃疡患者入院时即已存在糖尿病[1]。老年消化性溃疡合并糖尿病主要是由于糖尿病患者糖代谢发生异常，局部损伤其消化道黏膜，极易引发消化性溃疡等相关疾病[2-3]。然而这类患者临床上的溃疡症状并不典型，很容易被人们所忽视，导致血糖不稳定、溃疡愈合速度慢，甚至一些患者出现了心理问题，可以看出，目前临床上老年消化性溃疡合并糖尿病的护理是一个比较棘手的问题，有必要探索出一套适合此类患者的护理方法。该院总结长期护理经验，认为循证护理在临床护理中疗效明显，以该院于2018年1月—2019年6月收治的30例患者为例，现报道如下。

1  资料与方法
