结肠癌合并糖尿病患者围手术期的护理干预对策

[摘要] 目的 討论结肠癌合并糖尿病患者围手术期的护理干预对策。 方法 现随机选取2018年3月—2019年4月期间就诊于该院并实施手术治疗的68例结肠癌合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字法将其分为实验组和对照组，每组样本数均为34例，对照组患者围术期采取的护理方法为科室常规护理方法，实验组则采取综合护理方法，对两组患者的护理效果进行观察和分析。 结果 实验组患者的空腹血糖明显要优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=9.163，P=0.000）;实验组患者的餐后2 h血糖明显要优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=5.614，P=0.000）;实验组患者切口愈合时间明显要短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=17.027，P=0.000）;实验组患者住院时间明显要短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=13.544，P=0.000）。 结论 在结肠癌合并糖尿病患者围术期实施综合护理可有效改善其血糖水平的，促进手术切口的愈合。

Nursing Interventions for Colon Cancer Patients with Diabetes During Perioperative Period

[Abstract] Objective To discuss perioperative nursing interventions for patients with colon cancer and diabetes. Methods Sixty-eight patients with colon cancer and diabetes mellitus who were treated in the hospital from March 2018 to April 2019 were randomly selected as the research subjects. They were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number method. The number of samples in the group was 34. The perioperative nursing method of the control group was the routine nursing method of the department. The experimental group adopted the comprehensive nursing method to observe and analyze the nursing effect of the two groups of patients. Results The fasting blood glucose of patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group. and the difference was statistically significant（t=9.163， P=0.000） . The blood glucose of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group at 2 hours，and the difference was statistically significant（t=5.614， P=0.000）; incision healing time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（t=17.027， P=0.000）; the experimental group of the hospitalized time of the patients was significantly shorter than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（t=13.544， P=0.000）. Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing in colon cancer patients with diabetes during perioperative period can effectively improve their blood glucose levels and promote the healing of surgical incisions.
