胸外科患者并发糖尿病的临床护理观察

[摘要] 目的 分析胸外科患者并糖尿病的护理。 方法 于2016年7月—2019年8月选择该院胸外科收治的108例肺癌、食管癌并糖尿病患者为研究对象，分成对照组与干预组，分别实施常规护理、围术期护理干预。 结果 干预组血糖控制达标时间及住院时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）;干预组并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）;干预组糖尿病管理知识总掌握率高于对照组（P<0.05）;干预组护理后生活质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 围术期护理干预用于胸外科并糖尿病患者，可纠正其血糖代谢状态，减少糖尿病相关并发症的形成。

Clinical Nursing Observation of Patients with Thoracic Surgery Complicated with Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the nursing of patients with thoracic surgery and diabetes. Methods A total of 108 patients with lung cancer， esophageal cancer， and diabetes admitted to the hospital for thoracic surgery from July 2016 to August 2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group and the intervention group， and the routine nursing and perioperative nursing interventions were performed. Results The blood glucose control time and length of stay in the intervention group were shorter than those in the control group （P<0.05）; the incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05）; the total grasp rate of diabetes management knowledge in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group （P<0.05）; the quality of life score after intervention was higher in the intervention group than in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention for thoracic surgery and diabetic patients can correct their blood glucose metabolism and reduce the formation of diabetes-related complications.

近年來，由于受到不良生活方式、人口老龄化等因素的影响，胸外科并糖尿病患者逐渐增加[1]。与单纯肺癌、食管癌患者相比，伴糖尿病者容易受糖尿病带来的血糖代谢紊乱状态的影响，而出现糖尿病相关并发症，增加手术治疗的风险性，甚至威胁患者的术后康复安全[2]。在给予胸外科并糖尿病患者手术治疗期间，如未能做好患者的围术期管理工作，可能导致手术时间延长、术后康复不佳等问题。这一状况对胸外科并糖尿病患者的围术期护理工作提出了较高的要求。围术期护理干预方法以为手术治疗提供配合为目标，分别于术前、术中及术后3个时段，运用差异化的护理措施构成护理方案。这种护理方法具有良好的综合性特征。为判定这一护理方法的应用价值，该研究2016年7月—2019年8月主要针对108例患者进行分析，现报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

选择该院胸外科收治的108例胸外科并糖尿病患者为研究对象。随机分成对照组（52例）和干预组（56例）。对照组男29例，女23例;肺癌36例，食管癌16例;年龄（50.9±14.7）岁。干预组男31例，女25例;肺癌39例，食管癌17例;年龄（51.1±14.6）岁。……
