关建国诊治更年期综合征的经验总结

【摘 要】  关建国主任认为，更年期综合征虽然病因病机错综复杂，但主要是由于肾气渐衰，精血不足，导致机体阴阳平衡失调、脏腑功能失司，继而影响心主神明，又涉及肝、脾而发生本病。为此，针对女性特殊的生理特点及该病的发病机理，紧紧抓住女子以“肝肾”为先天之论，治病求本，关键在辨治，调整阴阳使之平衡，以达到阴平阳秘，精神乃治之目的。

Abstract： Guan Jianguo believes that Although the etiology and pathogenesis of climacteric syndrome is complex， it is mainly due to the gradual decline of kidney qi and the lack of essence and blood， which leads to the imbalance of yin and yang and the dysfunction of Zang-fu organs， which then affects the mind of the heart and involves the liver and spleen. For this reason， in view of the special physiological characteristics of women and the pathogenesis of the disease， we should firmly grasp womens congenital theory of “liver and kidney” and seek the root of the disease， the key lies in differential treatment and adjusting the balance of yin and yang， so as to achieve the purpose of secret yin and yang and treatment of spirit.

更年期综合征是妇女在围绝经期前后出现的一组症候群，由于性激素波动或减少而引起的一系列躯体及精神心理等症状[1]，为妇女从生育期向老年期过渡的一个转化阶段，多发生于45～55岁，一般持续2～3年，有的到绝经5～10年后才能减轻或消失。临床表现以自主神经功能紊乱为主并伴有不同程度的神经心理症状，如烘热汗出、潮热面红、心慌心悸，易惊易恐，烦躁易怒、多虑多疑、头晕耳鸣、失眠多梦、腰背痠软、疲倦乏力、面浮肢肿、皮肤异常感及情志不宁等。为此，会对患者产生极大困扰，影响其工作、生活及身心健康，甚至可波及家庭和社会关系等。现代医学治疗以调节神经及对症治疗来改善症状，疗效不甚理想，且雌激素替代疗法虽然有一定疗效，但长期应用有潜在的致癌风险等[2]，为此目前治疗颇为棘手。本病祖国医学中没有独立的病名记载，但根据临床表现当属于“月经不调、不寐、惊悸、郁证、脏躁、虚劳”等范畴，目前多以“经断前后诸症”统称。……
