法学教育国际化之理念与模式探索

摘  要：随着经济全球化的深入发展、“一带一路”建设的持续推进，以及中国参与全球治理能力的不断提升，法学教育国际化成为时代的要求。文章就法学教育国际化问题进行探讨，分析法学教育国际化的内涵、意义，探讨法学教育国际化中存在的问题，从理念和模式方面提出了法学教育国际化的优化路径。

Abstract： With the development of economic globalization and promotion of "the Belt and Road" strategy， as well as the promotion of China's ability to participate in global governance， the internationalization of law education is the requirement of the times. This paper discusses the internationalization of legal education， analyzes the connotation， significance and existing problems of the internationalization of legal education， and puts forward the optimization path of the internationalization of law education from the aspects of concept and mode.

引言

随着经济全球化的深入发展、“一带一路”战略的持续推进，以及中国参与全球治理能力的提升，法学教育国际化成为时代的要求。如何探索一条优质可行的法学教育国际化路径，成为我国法学院校和高等教育研究者面临的重要课题。本文就法学教育国际化问题进行探讨，分析法学教育国际化的内涵、意义以及存在的问题，从理念和模式两方面提出法学教育国际化的优化路径。

一、法学教育国际化的内涵及意义

随着全球化的深入发展和高等教育改革的深入推进，法学教育国际化成为学界探索的热点问题。有学者认为，“所谓法学教育的国际化，是指法学教育的对外开放，表现为法学教育理念、人才培养模式、法学教学内容、方法等与国际社会的接轨， 法学教育国际交流与合作的增强， 是经济全球化和法律国际化的必然要求”。[1]也有学者认为，法学教育国际化是指“既要学习外国法学教育的经验，又要总结中國法学教育的得失，让外国大学学习中国法学教育的经验，从而增强中国法学教育的民族自信心和国家自豪感”。……
