新时代公安院校思想政治理论课创新研究

摘  要：新时代公安院校思想政治理论课是落实“立德树人”根本任务的关键课程和进行“政治建警”的最重要渠道。随着社会主要矛盾的变化，公安院校的思想政治理论课的创新势在必行。要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，大力弘扬沂蒙精神等红色精神，推动思政课建设内涵式发展。公安院校思政课的整体创新已取得了一定成效，但是仍有不足。

Abstract： In the new era， the ideological and political theory course in public security colleges is the key course to carry out the basic task of "building morality and cultivating people" and the most important channel to carry out the "political police building". With the change of the main social contradictions， the innovation of the ideological and political theory course in public security colleges is imperative. Guided by Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with China's characteristics， we should vigorously promote the spirit of Yimeng and the red spirit， and promote the connotative development of ideological and political education. The overall innovation ofideological and political courses in public security colleges has achieved some results， but there are still deficiencies.

习近平总书记在2019年3月18日学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上强调：“思想政治理论课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程”[1]。同年8月中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了思想政治理论课改革创新的《意见》，并发出通知，要求各地区各部门结合实际认真贯彻落实。[2]这是党中央加强思想政治理论课建设的重要举措。习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上提出，高校思想政治工作关系到“人才培养”这个根本问题。总书记的重要讲话是新时代高校思想政治工作的指针。作为我国公安事业和高等教育的重要组成部分，公安院校必须深入学习习近平总书记重要讲话精神，全面强化自身育人功能，不断提高人才培养质量。而思想政治理论课是公安大学生思想政治教育的主渠道，是培育和践行社会主义核心价值观、落实“立德树人”任务的最重要途径。习近平总书记指出：“创新是引领发展的第一动力”[3]。……
