龙生蛭胶囊治疗缺血性脑中风的临床应用进展

摘要 本文概述了缺血性脑中风的致病原因及中医治疗原则，介绍了龙生蛭胶囊的处方组成、功能主治，综述了龙生蛭胶囊近年来治疗缺血性脑中风的临床研究。结果均显示龙生蛭胶囊在治疗缺血性脑中风中疗效显著，可以长期应用于临床治疗。本文可对龙生蛭胶囊的基础研究和临床应用提供一定的依据。

Abstract The causes of ischemic stroke and the treatment principles of traditional Chinese medicine were summarized in this paper， the composition and indications of Longshengzhi Capsules were introduced， the clinical research of Longshengzhi Capsules in treating ischemic stroke in recent years were reviewed.The results showed that Longshengzhi Capsule has a significant effect in the treatment of ischemic stroke， and it can be used in clinical treatment for a long time.This paper can provide a certain basis for the basic research and clinical application of Longshengzhi Capsule.

中风是以突然发病、迅速出现局限性或弥散性脑功能缺损为共同临床特征的脑血管疾病，是神经系统常见病及多发病，其发病率和致残率高，是导致死亡的主要原因之一。脑中风（脑卒中）分为缺血性脑中风和出血性脑中风，其中缺血性脑中风最常见，约占脑中风患者总数的85%[1]。缺血性脑中风因机体血液循环障碍，造成局部脑缺血、缺氧，脑组织坏死，临床表现为口角歪斜、语言不利等。该病具有发病急、病情重等临床特点[2]。近年来西医治疗脑中风病症通过溶栓治疗、药物综合治疗等起到了一定的临床疗效。但其不良反应较大，中医中药在治疗脑中风方面显示出了良好的前景和疗效[3]。
