老年眼部整形中四步法眼袋整形术的应用研究

[摘要] 目的 探讨老年眼部整形中四步法眼袋整形术的应用效果。方法 方便选取2017年6月—2019年1月该院眼科收治的128例接受眼部整形的老年患者，分为A组和B组， 每组64例，分别采用四步法眼袋整形术治疗、下睑皮肤入路眼袋整形术治疗，对比两组治疗总有效率、手术时间、皮肤外观恢复正常时间、并发症发生率。结果 A组治疗总有效率62例，占96.88%，高于对照组的51例，占79.69%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=7.551，P=0.005）;A组手术时间（18.65±2.22）min、皮肤外观恢复正常时间（27.21±2.04）d，短于对照组的手术时间（26.74±2.31）min，皮肤外观恢复正常时间（34.15±3.35）d，差异有统计学意义（t=20.201、14.155，P=0.000、0.000）;A组并发症发生率1例，占1.56%低于对照组的8例，占12.50%，组间数据对比差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.856，P=0.015）。结论 老年眼部整形中四步法眼袋整形术的应用效果显著。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of four-step eye bag plastic surgery in elderly eye plastic surgery. Methods From June 2017 to January 2019， 128 elderly patients who underwent eye plastic surgery in the hospital were conveniently selected and divided into group A and group B， with 64 patients in each group， treated with four-step eye bag plastic surgery， treatment of blepharoplasty under the eyelid skin approach， the total effective rate， operation time， skin appearance normal time， and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in group A was 62 cases， accounting for 96.88%， which was higher than 51 cases in the control group， accounting for 79.69%. The difference was statistically significant （χ2=7.551， P=0.005）. The operation time in group A was （18.65±2.22）min. The time for skin appearance to return to normal was（27.21±2.04）d， which was shorter than the operation time for the control group to （26.74±2.31）min， and the time for skin appearance to return to normal was （34.15±3.35）d. The difference was statistically significant（t=20.201， 14.155， P=0.000， 0.000）; Group A of the complication rate was 1 case， accounting for 1.56%， which was lower than the 8 cases in the control group， accounting for 12.50%. The data comparison between the groups was significantly different（χ2=5.856， P=0.015）. Conclusion The application of the four-step eye pouch plastic surgery in elderly eye plastic surgery is significant.

眼部整形是眼科常用的治療措施，主要对上下眼睑、眼眉等部位进行美化，对人的容貌进行提升[1]。而对于老年眼部整形手术患者而言，因受年龄因素影响，其皮肤会出现不同程度老化、松弛，极易导致眶隔脂肪疝出移位等情况，且眼轮匝肌、下睑皮肤、眶隔筋膜等组织均会出现变化，形成病理性眼袋改变，不仅会对其面部美观造成影响，也会增加角膜炎、白内障的并发症发生，严重影响其视力及健康[2-3]。眼部整形是临床针对上述疾病实施的有效治疗措施，通过取出眼袋来恢复下眼睑的皮肤紧致，避免并发症发生，并确保其健康[4]。该院以2017年6月—2019年1月期间收治的128例接受眼部整形的老年患者为例，围绕眼部整形中的治疗措施开展研究，现报道如下。……
