摘 要:文章以R1保畅公路为例,基于安全可靠原则并立足于水利水电项目交通工程施工组织要求,将公路分为三段施工。并对分段公路施工中的土石方开挖、浆砌石挡墙、沥青混凝土路面等施工技术工艺和组织保障方案进行了详细论证研究,为工程高效优质的施工建设提供了重要技术保障。

Abstract: Taking R1 Baochang Highway as an example, based on the principle of safety and reliability and based on the requirements of traffic engineering construction organization of water conservancy and hydropower projects, the highway is divided into three sections of construction. In addition, the construction technology and organization guarantee schemes such as earthwork excavation, masonry retaining wall and asphalt concrete pavement in sectional highway construction are demonstrated in detail, which provides an important technical guarantee for the efficient and high-quality construction of the project.

1 工程概況
R1保畅公路起点接R1公路(水源35kV变电站前方),经毕大供水工程提水泵站,终点接R1公路交通洞进口。施工期替代原R1公路(35kV变电站-R1交通洞段),承担外界连接水源工区的主要交通运输任务,其中(K0+000-K0+105.756段)主要承担运行期泵站厂房运行维护的交通运输任务,为新建永久公路。
R1保畅公路全长570.921m,公路设计标准为水利水电工程场内三级公路,公路路基宽7m,路面宽6m,路面为沥青混凝土路面;路基挡土墙为横重式M7.5浆砌石挡墙,路基为级配碎石层和水泥稳定碎石层,路面为沥青砼路面;路肩挡墙为C15毛石砼,山体侧排水沟为C15砼;末端从交通洞口接有30m长的钢筋混凝土明拱。在提水管道施工期间,R1保畅公路将作为水源区各标段施工的对外交通和田坝镇交通出行的主要道路。
2 工程地质情况
R1保畅公路地表基岩大多裸露,出露地层为飞仙关组泥质粉砂岩夹泥岩,岩层走向线多与坡面近于垂直,基岩边坡以横向岩质边坡为主,为稳定结构。地表未发现边坡有蠕滑、变形迹象,边坡总体稳定。……
