基于应急广播的基层建设与技术维护

【摘要】基于当前科技技术飞速发展的背景下，现代通信行业获得了更多的发展机会。而信息化、网络化平台的发展，使得现代化的通信手段更加快捷，而应急广播也广泛的运用在农村当中。应急广播主要的特点就是安全度较高、传播的范围较广，能做好地方政务宣传的工作，并且传播的成本较低，能为推进地方的政策奠定穩固基础。本文从应急广播在农村的重要作用入手，探究了应急广播的农村建设与维护原则，并提出了几个方面做好应急广播基层建设与维护策略，希望为相关人士提供参考。

Abstract： with the rapid development of science and technology， the modern communication industry has gained more development opportunities. With the development of information and network platform， modern communication means are more efficient， and emergency broadcasting is widely used in rural areas. The main characteristics of emergency broadcasting are high security， wide range of communication， good publicity of local government affairs， and low cost of communication， which can lay a solid foundation for promoting local policies. Starting from the important role of emergency broadcasting in rural areas， this paper explores the principles of rural construction and maintenance of emergency broadcasting， and puts forward several strategies for the construction and maintenance of emergency broadcasting grassroots， hoping to provide reference for relevant people.

目前，我国的社会经济发展速度不断加快，科技技术更新速度增加，许多农村地区都建立了现代化的广播系统。应急广播属于农村开展任务宣传的重要路径，会影响农村社会的就进步。由于农村地区分布比较特殊，应急广播不仅在政治宣传与任务下达方面发挥重要的作用，还能为农村公共设施的建设顺利进行做好铺垫，解决大众对通信方面的需求，农村人民与能快速的反应与接受信息。例如，如果出现了突发的灾害问题，利用应急广播就能迅速的将信息传递给大众，引导大众能安全转移，进而将应急广播的重要价值凸显出来。

1. 应急广播在农村的重要作用

在国家突发事件应急体系当中，农村应急广播属于重要的内容，主要代表农村在面临紧急事件、社会安全事件、自然灾害等公共危机的时候，可以借助广播这一传播的方式，在最短的时间内向大众发出预警信号，以此建立灾害预防、协调救援、动员指挥的信息传播平台。……
