基于网络宽带的安装与维护探究

【摘要】随着网络科技技术的提高，对于网络的依赖程度也随之增长，对于宽带的接入方式也是多种多样，并且如今人们对于网络运行的速度与质量的要求也越来越高，所以对于宽带的安装与维护问题就显得尤为重要。为了保证家用宽带用户的体验便需要加强对于安装与维护工作的服务质量。本文主要针对广电宽带的安装与维护方法进行介绍，并对于常见的宽带故障进行分析与讨论，并提出解决故障的措施与办法。

Abstract： with the improvement of network technology， the degree of dependence on the network is also increasing， and there are many kinds of broadband access methods. Nowadays， people have higher and higher requirements for the speed and quality of network operation， so the installation and maintenance of broadband is particularly important. In order to ensure the experience of home broadband users， we need to strengthen the quality of service for installation and maintenance. This paper mainly introduces the installation and maintenance methods of radio and television broadband， analyzes and discusses the common broadband faults， and puts forward the measures and methods to solve the faults.

随之信息化时代的发展，如今各家各户中都安装的宽带以便交互信息，但随着宽带行业的发展，许多宽带的代理商也随之出现，但这些代理商所代理的宽带网络运行速度与质量参差不齐，且许多代理商用价格作为其优势来拉拢业务，但在用户办理且安装该宽带后，不仅宽带运行速度很慢，且售后维修与保护方面的服务质量不尽人意，在宽带出现问题与故障时相关技术人员上门维修时间一拖再拖，甚至于一些不良代理商根本不派人进行维修，其维修电话也是常年无人接听的状态。宽带故障的发生是无可避免，且形成故障的原因也是各种各样，有人为因素造成的故障，还有设备原因造成的故障，有室外故障以及室内故障，所以本文除了会介绍宽带几种接入方式与用户业务类型外还会针对宽带故障的形成原因进行分析，并提出相应的解决方案。……
