试析电视台新闻记者新闻采编能力提升对策

【摘要】社会的不断发展使人们的生活水平不断提高，人们不再仅仅追求温饱方面的满足，而是更加关注精神层面的提高，使自身的生活品质得到有效的提升。电视与新闻在人们的日常生活当中起到了十分重要的作用，所以说电视台新闻记者的新闻采编能力是至关重要的，这样才可以为人们提供一定程度上的服务，充分的发挥其价值。但是受一些外部因素的影响，电视台新闻记者的新闻采编能力水平较落后，对该行业的发展与进步产生一定的负面影响，因此，要提高新闻记者的新闻采编能力，找到相关的措施。

Abstract： with the continuous development of society， people's living standards are constantly improving. People no longer only pursue the satisfaction of food and clothing， but pay more attention to the improvement of spiritual level， so that their quality of life can be effectively improved. TV and news play a very important role in people's daily life， so the ability of news gathering and editing of TV journalists is very important， so that they can provide people with a certain degree of service and give full play to their value. However， influenced by some external factors， the ability of news gathering and editing of TV journalists is relatively backward， which has a certain negative impact on the development and progress of the industry. Therefore， it is necessary to improve the ability of news gathering and editing of journalists and find out relevant measures.

新聞与电视是日常生活当中十分常见的传播媒介，其融入到了我们的生活当中，随着社会的不断变化发展，出现了很多类型的节目，这样也会使人们视觉与感知精神等方面得到有效的提高，得到了人们的喜爱，但是新闻类节目会受到一定程度上的影响，电视台新闻存在着一定的问题，新闻记者要提高自身的新闻采编能力，这样才可以更好地符合新闻发展的需求。本文对新闻采编当中出现的问题进行分析，从找中相关的解决方式。
