互联网时代下服务型工会的建设研究

【摘  要】工会是职工和企业单位维持联系的关键，能够保障企业的利益，维持企业稳定，对推动企业经营发展具有极为重要的影响。因此，在企业和单位等组织的发展过程中，都非常重视工会的建设发展。但是，随着互联网时代的不断变化，工会的各方面也在不断地变化，传统的工会发展模式已经无法适应当前的时代发展，做出改变已经成为了一种必然。论文针对互联网时代下服务型工会的建设进行深入研究，并提出相关的建议。

【Abstract】Trade union is the key to maintain contact between employees and enterprise units. It can protect the interests of enterprises and maintain the stability of enterprises， and it has a very important influence on promoting the operation and development of enterprises. Therefore， in the development process of the organization such as enterprise and unit， all attach great importance to the construction and development of trade union. However， with the constant changes of the internet era， various aspects of the trade union are also changing constantly， and the traditional development mode of trade union has been unable to adapt to the current development of the times， making changes has become an inevitable. This paper makes an in-depth study on the construction of service-oriented labor unions in the internet era and puts forward relevant suggestions.

1 引言

服务型是互联网时代下许多企业、组织单位发展中的主要改革方向，对企业单位的未来发展具有重要影响。而在此基础上，为有效进行企业单位服务型转变，那就必须发展服务型工会的改革，以此为基础带动企业单位的发展，推动互联网时代背景下的企业单位快速发展。在互联网时代下的服务型工会建设，必须结合时代背景进行深入思考，深入理解服务型理念，为企业单位的工会建设指引正确的发展方向。

2 服务型工会建设的内涵

工会，也称为劳工总会、工人联合会。工会原意是指基于共同利益而自发组织的社会团体。服务型工会是以促进企业发展、社会发展为目的，切实维护广大职工根本利益，处理好劳动和经济关系的一种群众组织。工会在企业与职工之间起着桥梁纽带作用，维护职工合法权益、竭诚服务职工是工会的基本职责。……
