农产品质量监控溯源系统的研究与实现

摘  要：农业的发展直接影响并左右着国民经济全局的发展，然而很多农户遭遇发展瓶颈，同质化严重，销售流程不畅通，产品质量遭到质疑。文章介绍了农产品质量监控溯源系统的系统设计与实现。系统整合涉农企业或农户，形成产业联盟对农产品进行统购统销的销售渠道，以更好的服务于农产品企业和消费者。实现农庄（农户）增收，消费者放心，助力农村发展。

Abstract： The development of agriculture directly affects and controls the overall development of the national economy. However， many farmers have encountered development bottlenecks， serious homogenization， unsmooth sales processes， and questionable product quality. This paper introduces the system design and implementation of the agricultural product quality monitoring and tracing system， systemically integrates agricultural enterprises or farmers to form an industry alliance sales channel for the unified purchase and marketing of agricultural products， in order to better serve agricultural products enterprises and consumers， realize the increase of income of farms （farmers） and reassure the consumers， so as to facilitate rural development.

“民以食为天”，农业是人类的衣食之源，生存之本。农业的发展状况直接影响并左右着国民经济全局的发展。党的十九大提出实施乡村振兴战略，对“三农”工作作出的重大决策部署。湖南省要求建立及覆盖全省市、县、乡镇的农产品追溯体系，市场需要发展互联网的新型农业产业模式。然而农庄发展遭遇瓶颈，利润率提升已成问题，同质化严重，产品质量遭到质疑，农企公信力日渐丧失。本文开发的农产品质量监控溯源系统通过对农产品种植、运输、销售过程中的基础数据的输入和监控，实现农户对农产品生产、销售全过程的管理，为农户提供科学种植的依据。同时消费者可以通过手机APP扫描农产品了解其生产的全流程，提升其对农产品的了解程度，购买放心可靠的农产品。有利于发展品牌农产品。
