建筑设计中运用新技术和新材料的实践分析与研究

摘  要：新技术和新材料的合理运用，不仅能提高建筑企业在市场竞争中的竞争力，降低施工成本，同时还能为建筑设计注入新的生命力。基于此，以新技术和新材料为核心，先对建筑设计中运用新技术和新材料的原则进行阐述，然后分析建筑设计中新技术和新材料的有效运用，其目的在于有效提高建筑设计的实效性与整体性，进而推动建筑业实现良好发展。

Abstract： The rational use of new technology and new materials can not only improve the competitiveness of construction enterprises in the market competition， reduce construction costs， but can also bring new vitality to architectural design. Based on this， with new technology and new materials as the core， this paper first expounds the principles of the application of new technologies and new materials in architectural design， and then analyzes the effective use of new technologies and new materials in architectural design. Its purpose is to effectively improve the effectiveness and integrity of architectural design， and then promote the development of the construction industry.

众所周知，衣、食、住、行是人类在生活上的基本需求，其中“住”与建筑行业密切相关。尤其现在伴随社会经济的飞速发展，以及人民群众物质生活水平的提高，人们更是针对“住房”提出了较高要求。而建筑设计作为建筑开展施工的重要依据，对新技术和新材料的合理运用，不仅能解决从前建筑施工过程中遇到的问题，提高建筑施工质量和水平，同时还能在此基础上，设计出科学合理的建筑方案，进而给现代建筑设计手法提供更多的可能性。

1 建筑设计中运用新技术和新材料的原则

在建筑设计中运用新技术和新材料时，应当遵循节能性、舒适性和美观性等原则，只有遵循这些原则，才能保证建筑设计的合理性，进而提高建筑工程质量和工程效果，确保建筑设计工作能够顺利开展。
