医院药房管理中存在的问题及其改进措施

【摘 要】目的：药品具有一定特殊性，它承担着防病治病、健康保健、防疫等重要责任，因此，药房的管理工作尤为重要。现如今，随着医疗体制的改革和医药市场的竞争加剧，医院药房盈利模式与现有市场经济体制的发展不相匹配，医院药房在管理上出现的问题阻碍了医院的正常发展。改进加强医院药房的管理工作，成为了现在各大医院值得重点关注的问题。

Abstract：Medicines have certain specialities. They bear important responsibilities for disease prevention and treatment， health care， and epidemic prevention. Therefore， the management of pharmacies is particularly important. Nowadays， with the reform of the medical system and the intensified competition in the pharmaceutical market， the profit model of hospital pharmacies does not match the development of the existing market economic system. The problems in the management of hospital pharmacies hinder the normal development of the hospital. Improving and strengthening the management of hospital pharmacies has become a major concern for major hospitals.

医院药房工作在医院的业务和经济活动中处于重要地位，主要是为患者提供明确用法用量、疗效确切的药物[1]。医院药房有效的管理贯穿于医院药房服务活动的全部领域，整个工作流程为医院有效治疗患者病症提供了重要保障。伴随当今市场经济的发展，某些医院片面追求经济效益，造成医院药房管理出现种种问题，导致对患者的用药结构不合理，加大了患者的经济负担，医院药房的管理模式迫切需要进行有效的改革措施。由原来传统的单纯提供药品的服务、凭经验管理模式，转变为向患者提供医疗技术服务、更科学化、规范化的管理[2]。从而在达到经济效益的同时，为患者提供安全有效并且价格低廉的药品，最终实现医疗机构“以患者为中心”的服务宗旨。本研究针对医院药房管理中存在的一些问题进行分析，现在报道如下。
