优质护理在妇产科护理中的应用

[摘要] 目的 觀察分析优质护理在妇产科护理中的应用。方法 研究方便选取该院2018年5月—2019年5月收治的474例妇产科患者，利用随机分组的方式将其分为观察者与对照组，每组237例患者。对照组患者实行常规护理，观察组患者在此基础上开展优质护理干预。比较两组患者护理后的抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分与焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分、健康知识掌握率、护理满意度。结果 在护理之后，观察组患者的抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分与焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分分别为（29.74±5.01）分、（38.52±3.54）分明显低于对照组，两组相比差异有统计学意义（t=17.166、15.459，P<0.05）;观察组患者护理满意度为94.51%，高于对照组，不良反应发生率为1.69%低于对照组，两组相比差异有统计学意义（χ2=7.002、10.951，P<0.05）。结论 在妇产科护理中，优质护理的效果显著，能够在一定程度上提高患者的生活质量，还能够有效改善患者的心理情况。

[Abstract] Objective To observe and analyze the application of quality nursing in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods A total of 474 obstetrics and gynecology patients treated in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were convenient selected and divided into observation group and control group， with 237 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care， and patients in the observation group were provided with high-quality nursing interventions on this basis. The self-depression scale （SDS） score and the anxiety self-assessment scale （SAS） score， health knowledge grasping rate， and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients. Results After nursing， the depression self-rating scale （SDS） and anxiety self-rating scale （SAS） scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （29.74±5.01）points， （38.52±3.54）points， ， the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （t=17.166，15.458，P<0.05）; the patient's patient satisfaction with care was 94.51%， which was higher than the control group， and the incidence of adverse reactions was 1.69% lower than the control group.  the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （χ2=7.002，10.951，P<0.05）. Conclusion In obstetrics and gynecology nursing， the effect of high-quality nursing is remarkable， it can improve the quality of life of patients to some extent， and it can also effectively improve the psychological condition of patients.

生活质量水平的提高，使得人们物质水平需求得到充分满足，由此逐渐提高了对于身体健康的需求，人们保健意识逐步提高。而随着医疗技术的快速发展，人们对于医疗服务水平也提高了要求[7]。针对此，医院需要跟随时代发展潮流，提高护理质量。在医院众多科室当中，妇产科是其中较为关键的一个科室，而且此科室也具有一定的复杂性，所以发生医疗纠纷的几率也相对较大。而客观角度来讲，能够对医疗纠纷产生直接关联的因素就是护理质量，所以需要提高对护理的重视程度，为提高医院经济效益也奠定良好基础。当前，大部分医院都广泛实施优质护理模式，且实施效果也相对较为理想，为医院的发展带了有利支持条件[2]。妇产科的患者大都是临近生产的妊娠妇女，且大部分都是初次生产，没有妊娠的经验，再加上住院的时间较长，患者容易出现抑郁、焦虑等不良情绪，可能会对患者顺利生产产生一定的影响。……
