关于校园足球视角的基层足球教练员培养分析

摘  要：自我国大力发展足球运动以来，已经在足球教学中投入了较多的资金，并且取得了一定的喜人成绩，较大程度推动了校园足球的发展。在校园足球仍旧不断朝前发展视角下，暴露出了众多发展问题，而基层足球教练员的能力与素质不达标问题，则成为校园足球发展道路上的最大阻碍，需要及时干涉并解决，展开一系列针对基层足球教练员综合能力提升的训练，成为当下最有效解决问题的渠道和手段。

Abstract： Since the development of football in our country， we have invested a lot of money in football teaching and made some gratifying achievements， which has greatly promoted the development of campus football. In the perspective of the continuous forward development of campus football， many development problems have been exposed， and the problem of the ability and quality of grassroots football coaches not meeting the standards has become the biggest obstacle on the development of campus football， which needs timely intervention and solution. A series of training aimed at the improvement of the comprehensive ability of grassroots football coaches has become the most effective channel and means to solve the problem.

校园足球是学校发展的重要内容，也是不容忽视的体育发展项目，学校需在校园足球中投入较多精力、给予较多帮扶，积极完成教育任务，并顺应社会发展。基层教练员作为培养校园足球人才的关键领路人，应当充分承担肩上责任，也应将专业知识、专业技能体现的淋漓尽致，只有这样，才能给予学生良好教育，才能更好地发挥引导、指导作用。针对基层教练员素养不达标问题，高校应及时落实教练员培养措施，本文会提出一些建设性培养建议，仅供参考。

1  基层足球教练员培养对校园足球的重要性

我国的足球事业发展的较晚，对于足球的关注也是在近些年提升的，以往的足球运动、事业，一直处于低迷状态，情况很不乐观。虽然，我国足球在国际赛场中的表现差强人意，但是仍旧有较大提升空间，只要不放弃，仍旧有实现梦想的那一天，为了这一天尽早到来，国家也在足球运动上投入了较大心血和资金。……
