技术转移人才培养规划与对策

摘  要：当今社会的生产力和提升已经不再依赖于人工上的员工数目的扩大，相反因为目前先进的科学技术被广泛应用到各行各业生产环节中，高新技术已经成为引领社会生产力变更，决定企业竞争优势的主要因素。尤其对于科技型企业来说，高新技术的应用和研究是企业赖以生存的基础，而在这样的背景下，企业员工技术性人才的质量和数目是决定企业实力的关键。我国目前各地都存在专业化技术转移人才不足，尤其是高素质，对口人才数量与需求不匹配的情况，在很大程度上影响了当地科技成果转化工作，不利于在更广范围内帮助新研发的科学技术的推广工作，所以，研究技术转移人才培养规划问题有现实应用意义。本文就技术转移人才的培养规划和相关对策展开讨论。

Abstract： The productivity and promotion of today's society no longer depend on the expansion of the number of artificial employees， on the contrary， because the current advanced science and technology has been widely used in various industries and production links， high-tech has become the leading social productivity changes， determine the main factors of competitive advantage of enterprises. Especially for science and technology enterprises， the application and research of high and new technology is the basis for enterprises to survive， and under such a background， the quality and number of technical talents of enterprise employees is the key to determine the strength of enterprises. At present， there is a shortage of specialized technology transfer talents all over China， especially the high quality， the number and demand of counterpart talents  The mismatch has greatly affected the transformation of local scientific and technological achievements， which is not conducive to helping the popularization of newly developed science and technology in a wider range. Therefore， it is of practical significance to study the problem of talent training planning for technology transfer. This paper discusses the training plan and relevant countermeasures of technology transfer talents.

1  專业化技术转移人才的特点

1.1 扎实的科技知识
