信息技术在亚运场馆建设管理中的研究与探索

摘要：亚运场馆建设管理是一项复杂的技术性工程，涉及范围广、环节多，且影响因素多，为了提高场馆建设管理水平，确保场馆建设工程项目有序开展，需要各场馆建设主体和建筑企业加强工程建设全面综合管理。亚运场馆建设类别多样化，管理环境比较复杂，现有软件与实际应用需求尚未能有效地衔接和融合。因此提出提升工程项目管理人员的数字化管理思维;建设统一、标准化的工程管理系统;使用BIM以提升亚运场馆的设计、建造水平等措施。

Research and exploration of information technology in the constructionand management of Asian Games venues

Abstract： The construction project management of the Asian Games venues is a complex technical project， involving a wide range，many links and many influencing factors. In order to effectively improve the management Ievel of venue construction projects andensure the orderly development of venue construction projects， it is necessary for the main bodies of venue construction andconstruction enterprises to strengthen the comprehensive management of project construction. However， the construction types ofAsian Games venues are diversified， the management environment is relatively complex， and the existing software and practicalapplication requirements have not yet been effectively tinked and integrated. Therefore， some measures are put forward in thispaper， such as improving the digital management thinking of project managers， building a unified and standardized projectmanagement system， and using BIM to improve the design and construction level of Asian Games venues.

2022年9月，第19屆亚运会将在杭州召开，亚运会场馆及设施建设是亚运会筹办工作的基础，是确保亚运会成功精彩举办的关键和保障，也是城市建设和经济社会发展的重要内容。目前.杭州亚运会56个场馆均已全面启动建设，亚运场馆分布在杭州市域各地以及温州、宁波、绍兴、金华、湖州。亚运会场馆建设工程管理是一项复杂的技术性工程，涉及范围广、环节多且影响因素多，为了有效提高场馆建筑工程管理水平，确保场馆建设工程项目有序开展，需要各场馆建设主体和建筑企业加强工程建没全面综合管理。

1信息技术在亚运场馆工程建设管理中应用的重要意义

当前，以物联网、大数据、人工智能等新技术为代表的数字浪潮席卷全球，传统的管理模式和方法已经不能满足现代化建设的需求，为了有效调度建筑工程管理中的各类资源，降低错误，减少管理成本，建筑工程管理工作中逐渐引入信息化技术，借助信息化系统等构建完善的综合管理平台。……
