移动式标线检测仪在沪宁高速公路上应用实践

摘  要：沪宁高速公路是江苏省建设的第一条高速公路。为有效消除道路安全隐患，保持道路标线的技术指标，本次与美国3M公司合作，采用了业界领先的Roadvista Laserlux LG7移动标线检测仪对沪宁高速无锡段全线45公里标线进行检测，该仪器相比传统定点式标线逆反射系数检测仪，具有效率高、精度准和成本低的特点，对标线性能指标衰减状况能够更为准确的把握，可以为采取养护措施提供数据支撑。

Abstract： Shanghai-Nanjing expressway is the first expressway constructed in Jiangsu Province. In order to effectively eliminate road safety hazards and maintain the technical indicators of road marking， the industry-leading Roadvista Laserlux LG7 mobile line marking detector was adopted in cooperation with 3M company of the United States to detect the 45km line marking of the whole Wuxi section of Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway. Compared with the traditional fixed-point line retroreflection coefficient detector， this instrument has the characteristics of high efficiency， accuracy and low cost， and can grasp the attenuation status of line performance index more accurately， which can provide data support for taking maintenance measures.

1 項目概况

由于沪宁高速公路流量逐年增长，其中硕放枢纽至东桥枢纽段日均断面流量超17万辆，节假日高峰期突破24万辆，其他路段流量在省内甚至国内也位于前列。道路标线长期在自然环境（腐蚀性介质、温度和湿度变化）和使用环境（车辆荷载作用、材料和结构的疲劳）作用下，会逐步产生磨损、老化等功能性指标降低的现象。标线的可视性主要由路面照明提供的标线漫反射和车灯照明提供的标线逆反射共同影响，最终评价指标由标线逆反射系数决定[1]。标线的逆反射系数降低，会对高速公路正常运行产生潜在安全隐患。

2 Roadvista Laserlux LG7移动标线检测仪简介

RoadVista LaserLux G7车载式道路标线逆反射系数测量仪是一款车载移动式道路标线逆反射测试仪，该Roadvista Laserlux LG7移动标线检测仪通过特制吸盘安装在检测车一侧，在检测车行驶过程中，利用激光反射成像原理检测标线逆反射系数，并通过Google地图将相关信息实时精确地上传到计算机端口，具有精度高、速度快、交通影响小等特点。……
