煤矿生产中电气智能化的应用

摘  要：技术创新与进步，全面提高了生产效率，在各行各业中，已经实现了自动化控制。煤炭生产过程中，也全面引进了电气智能化设备，有效保证了生产质量，实现了安全稳定生产。电气智能化的应用，有利的推动了我国煤矿生产行业进步与发展。文章全面对电气智能化在煤矿生产中应用现状进行分析研究，进一步提出电气智能化在煤矿生产中的具体应用措施。

Abstract： Technological innovation and progress have improved the production efficiency in an all-round way， and automatic control has been realized in various industries. In the process of coal production， electrical intelligent equipment has been introduced in an all-round way， which effectively ensures the production quality and realizes the safe and stable production. The application of electrical intelligence has promoted the progress and development of coal mine production industry in our country. This paper comprehensively analyzes and studies the present situation of the application of electrical intelligence in coal mine production， and further puts forward the specific application measures of electrical intelligence in coal mine production.

引言

电气智能化是随着技术革命而产生的一种全新技术形态，有效提升了生产的质量与效率，使企业生产实现快速的盈利。煤矿生产需要安全有效的技术，才能保证生产质量，实现稳定安全总目标。对于煤炭企业而言，全面推动电气智能化无疑是紧跟时代发展潮流的重大进步与改革，通过技术创新，淘汰落后产能，快速改善陈旧生产设备，保证生产全过程稳定与安全，从实质意义上实现企业发展与行业进步。

1 电气智能化

1.1 定义

电气智能化技术是新兴技术，在技术革命中占据重要的地位，通过电气智能化的普遍应用，有效提高了生产效率与质量。电气智能化是电子网络与控制理论相结合，通过计算机技术实现终端操作，减少人力投入，提高了生产效率。电气智能化在各个方面均有全面的应用，而最重要的应用领域则是在各类工业生产中，充分体现了电气化的功能作用，通过电气智能化在工业生产领域的应用，大大减少了企业成本，提高了生产质量，使各类生产过程更加安全可靠。……
