比较超声乳化术、小切口非超声乳化术对老年性白内障的治疗效果

【摘  要】目的：探索超声乳化术治疗方法以及小切口非超声乳化术治疗方法运用于老年性白内障患者临床手术中的治疗价值。方法：对2018年04月--2020年02月本医院收治的64例老年性白内障患者开展组别建立，所建立各个组别纳入32例，建立组别方法是抽签方式，试验组采取小切口非超声乳化术治疗方法，参照组采取超声乳化术治疗方法，计算各个组别手术治疗之前及手术治疗之后裸眼视力测量结果，统计各个组别手术之后并发症计算数据。结果：各个组别手术治疗之前裸眼视力测量结果对比差距偏低（P>0.05），试验组和参照组手术治疗之后裸眼视力测量结果对比各组内手术治疗之前相关涉及结果增加（P<0.05），各个组别手术治疗之后裸眼视力测量结果对比差距偏低（P>0.05）;试验组手术之后并发症计算数据对比参照组相关涉及结果减少（P<0.05）。结论：为老年性白内障患者选择超声乳化术治疗方法或小切口非超声乳化术治疗方法均可改善其视力状况，但后一种术式的并发症更少。

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the therapeutic value of phacoemulsification and small incision non-phacoemulsification in the clinical operation of elderly cataract patients. Methods： A group of 64 elderly cataract patients admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to February 2020 was established. Each group established included 32 patients. The group establishment method was a lottery. The experimental group adopted a small incision For the non-phacoemulsification treatment method， the reference group adopts phacoemulsification treatment method， calculate the naked eye vision measurement results before and after surgical treatment in each group， and calculate the complication calculation data after surgery in each group. Results： The difference between the naked eye vision measurement results of each group before surgical treatment was low （P> 0.05）. The naked eye vision measurement results of the experimental group and the reference group after surgery treatment were compared with the increase in related results before surgical treatment in each group （P <0.05） After the surgical treatment of each group， the gap between the naked-eye vision measurement results was relatively low （P> 0.05）; the complication calculation data of the experimental group after surgery was lower than that of the reference group （P <0.05）. Conclusion： Choosing phacoemulsification or small incision non-phacoemulsification for senile cataract patients can improve their visual acuity， but the latter procedure has fewer complications.

老年性白內障为老年人群多见的眼科疾病之一，老年性白内障患者视力减弱，对其平时生活带来干扰，还容易导致老年性白内障患者失去光明[1]。临床上针对老年性白内障患者多采取手术治疗方法，比如超声乳化术治疗方法、小切口非超声乳化术治疗方法等[2]。下面针对2018年04月--2020年02月本医院收治的64例老年性白内障患者实施项目分组研究，评价超声乳化术治疗方法以及小切口非超声乳化术治疗方法实施于老年性白内障患者临床手术中的治疗意义。

1. 研究资料与方法

1.1 一般研究资料
