右佐匹克隆对慢性心力衰竭伴失眠患者的治疗作用分析

摘要 目的：探討右佐匹克隆对慢性心力衰竭伴失眠患者的治疗作用。方法：选取2017年2月至2018年12月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的慢性心力衰竭伴失眠患者100例作为研究对象，随机分为常规观察组和右佐匹克隆观察组，每组50例。常规观察组用常规方法，右佐匹克隆观察组用右佐匹克隆治疗。比较2组慢性心力衰竭伴失眠治疗的效果;慢性心力衰竭症状改善的时间、睡眠时间平均延长1 h的时间、住院的天数;治疗前后阿森斯失眠量评分值、血浆脑钠肽水平、左心室射血功能、心功能等级、生命质量;心力衰竭加重率、再次住院率。结果：右佐匹克隆观察组慢性心力衰竭伴失眠治疗的效果、阿森斯失眠量评分值、血浆脑钠肽水平、左心室射血功能、心功能等级、生命质量、慢性心力衰竭症状改善的时间、睡眠时间平均延长1 h的时间、住院的天数、心力衰竭加重率、再次住院率方面相较常规观察组更好（P<0.05）。结论：慢性心力衰竭伴失眠患者实施右佐匹克隆治疗效果确切，可有效改善患者的心功能和降低血浆脑钠肽水平，改善患者的睡眠质量，并延长睡眠时间和减少病情加重风险，缩短治疗的时间。

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Dzoopiclone on Patients with Chronic Heart Failure and Insomnia

Abstract Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of dzoopiclone on chronic heart failure patients with insomnia.Methods：A Total of 100 cases of chronic heart failure patients with insomnia were collected from our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018，and randomly divided into two groups：the conventional treatment group was treated with conventional method，and the right zopicolone group was treated with right zopicolone.The therapeutic effect of chronic heart failure with insomnia was compared between the two groups.Chronic heart failure symptom improvement time，sleep time extended by 1 hour on average，hospital days; Before and after treatment，the score of asens insomnia，plasma brain natriuretic peptide level，left ventricular ejection function，cardiac function grade，and quality of life; Aggravation rate of heart failure and rehospitalization rate.Results：Right zopiclone therapy for chronic heart failure with insomnia treatment group，the effect of amount of Athens insomnia score value，level of plasma brain natriuretic peptide and left ventricular ejection function，cardiac function grade，quality of life，chronic heart failure symptoms improved extended time，sleep time，on average，1 hours of time，the number of days in the hospital，the rate of heart failure，the hospital readmission rates better than conventional treatment group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Dextrozopicron can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure and reduce the level of plasma brain natriuretic peptide，improve the sleep quality of patients，prolong the sleep time and reduce the risk of aggravation of the disease，and shorten the treatment time.

慢性心力衰竭伴失眠可进一步降低免疫功能和康复速度，因此，使用积极有效的治疗方法至关重要[1]。失眠分为2种类型：原发性失眠和继发性失眠。继发性失眠伴有其他疾病。失眠的常见症状是睡眠时间减少，睡眠困难等，在失眠患者的早期阶段，如果没有得到有效治疗，长期发展会导致血压不稳定，这将对慢性心力衰竭患者产生很大影响，甚至可能对患者的生命构成威胁，需要通过及时治疗，以更好减少相关并发症的发生。……
