Abstract： The marine disaster prevention and mitigation information service system is a system that can provide information services for marine disaster management decision-making departments and the people. Based on the regional characteristics of marine disasters， the system is composed of multiple regionalized subsystems that are closely connected. It presents the characteristics of zone differentiation， multi-level service content， real-time dynamics of data information， integration and openness. This paper focused on the theory and method of constructing marine disaster prevention and mitigation information service system， with a view to providing effective basis for the optimization and improvement of marine disaster prevention and mitigation information service system.
