石化企业档案管理的创新研究

摘 要：随着我国市场经济改革的不断深入，国有企业的改革转型也到了关键时期，档案这个古老而重复的工作，在新时期显得越来越重要。为了适应国有企业发展的要求，档案工作本身必须创新改革，这是现代化企业发展的必然要求，也是档案工作自身发展的客观需要。本文就石化企业档案管理工作目前存在的问题和不足，进行有意义的探讨，并就此提出档案管理创新的思路和对策。

企业档案工作起着传承历史、记录现实、服务未来的作用。随着国有企业改革的深入及各项业务的纵深拓展，档案的辅政作用越来越重要。而石化企业的档案管理中，还存在不少现实的问题，比如档案工作普遍受重视程度不高，档案员自身觉悟不够，档案管理制度不健全，信息化建设程度不高等。这些问题不仅影响了档案工作本身的改革进步，更加制约了档案对企业发展的贡献工作，进而影响企业的现代化发展进程。面对这一系列的情况，我们应当积极着手解决，加强企业档案建设，促进档案工作的管理创新。
