农业高职院校学生专业认同现状与提升路径探索研究

摘  要：坚持农业农村优先发展，强化乡村振兴人才支撑，将农业专业类人才引向农业农村，使他们成为促进农业农村事业发展的人才资源库，因此，不断增强涉农专业学生的专业认同是关键。文章随机抽取了苏州农业职业技术学院600名在校学生进行了专业认同调查，了解涉农学生专业认同现状，进而了解学生的专业认知、专业态度和专业情感，影响学生的未来职业成就方向，对高职涉农专业人才培养和管理提供可参考建议。

Abstract： It has been a long term strategy of the nation to adhere to the prioritizing development of agriculture and rural area， strengthen the support of talented professionals towards rural revitalization， and bring agricultural professional talents to rural areas， building up a talent pool to promote the cause of the development of agriculture and rural areas. Therefore， it becomes the key to continuously enhance the professional identity of agricultural college students. In this paper， 600 students from Suzhou Polytechnic Institute of Agriculture were randomly selected to conduct a survey themed on professional identity. The survey covers the current situation of professional identity of agricultural college students， summarizes students' professional cognition， professional attitude， professional emotion and factors that affect students' future career direction and achievement， thus provides a reference for the cultivation and management of students of agricultural majors in higher vocational colleges.

一、概述

黨的十九大提出了三项优先发展战略新理念，坚持农业农村优先发展首当其冲。中央一号文件连续多年聚焦三农，充分体现了党和国家对农业农村发展的重视。但众所周知，农业农村要发展人才是关键。面对农业农村事业发展人才总量不足、务农人员“兼业化、老龄化、低文化”和涉农专业人才“下不去、用不上、留不住”等典型问题，必须引导更多涉农高校毕业生投身现代农业。

农业高职院校的学生来源于农村的占大多数，并且约90%的涉农学生都是家里的第一代大学生。作者研究比较了近3年江苏省内涉农高职院校就业质量年报发现，涉农毕业生就业对口率持续低于60%，而选择返乡涉农创业或就业的比例更低，可见学生对于专业认同的比例还有较大的提升空间。因此，若能提升学生的专业认同，将涉农高职的学生更多地引向农村、投身农业，将为农业农村事业发展提供具有较高地缘情结的专业人才资源库。……
