现代物流技术助推模块化家具生产

摘要：为满足消费者渐趋个性化、多元化的需求，家具行业开始采用模块化设计方案。为顺应新型的设计和生产模式，现代物流托盘开始被应用于模块化设计家具产品的生产和储运过程中。除将托盘应用于生产、运输、仓储、配送等环节以外，国内外已经有家具企业尝试将其与现代先进的物流技术相结合，获得了良好的成效，例如宜家公司的欧力托（Optiledge）和索菲亚家具的智能化工厂。另外，射频识别（RFID）技术与托盘物流技术的结合亦有助于提升生产和储运效率，降低运营成本。

Abstract： In order to meet the increasingly personalized and diversified needs of consumers， the furniture industry began to adopt modular design scheme. To comply with the new design and production mode， modern logistics pallet has been used in the production and storage of modular design furniture products. In addition to the pallet used in production， transportation， storage， distribution and other processes， domestic and foreign furniture enterprises have tried to combine it with modern advanced logistics technology， and achieved good results， such as IKEA's Optiledge and Sofia furniture's intelligent chemical plant. Moreover， the combination of radio frequency identification （RFID） technology and pallet logistics technology also helps to improve the efficiency of production， storage and transportation， and reduce operating costs.

随着经济的快速发展，国内物流体系不断完善，行业运行日益成熟和规范，物流技术也不断进步。托盘作为物流系统中重要的作业单元和信息存储单元，已被广泛应用于供应链的生产、运输、仓储、配送等环节，发挥着串联贯通物流各环节作业的关键作用。同时，为顺应消费者趋向多元化的需求，家具模块化设计日益普及，先进的现代物流技术可在一定程度上助推家具模块化设计的发展。

1. 家具行业中托盘物流技术应用的普遍现状

托盘，即用于集装、堆放、搬运和运输的放置作为单元负荷的货物和制品的水平平台装置。托盘已被广泛应用于多行业，多环节，其中也包括家具行业。以国内家居建材行业专业第三方服务平台之一的蚁安居公司为例，该公司采用托盘式存储方式，利用托盘进行堆垛，与立体式货架相配合，实现立体存储，提升空间利用率，降低货物破损率，让货物破损率远低于易损品行业0.3%～0.5%。……
