基于加速康复外科理念的营养管理模式对食管癌患者术后营养状况及生活质量的效果研究

【摘要】目的：研究基于加速康复外科理念的营养管理模式对食管癌患者术后营养状况及生活质量的影响。方法：选取高州市人民医院2019年 1月至2020年 10月收治的120例食管癌术后患者为研究对象，分为观察组和对照组，各 60例。对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组给予基于加速康复外科理念的营养管理模式干预。对两组患者的术后康复、营养状况、生活质量及护理满意度指标进行评估比较。结果：观察组术后开始下床活动时间、住院时间、治疗费用等均低于对照组（P <0.05）。干预后观察组患者体重（BW）、体重指数（BMI）、血红蛋白（Hb）、白蛋白（Alb）水平均高于对照组（P <0.05）。观察组生活质量评分、护理满意度均高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论：基于加速康复外科理念的营养管理模式对食管癌患者术后营养状况的改善效果良好，并能促进患者的康复，改善患者的生活质量，提高护理满意度。

Effect of nutritional management model based on accelerated reha- bilitation surgery on postoperative nutritional status and quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer

【Abstract】Objective：To study the e?ect of nutritional management mode based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery on postoperative nutritional status and quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods：120 cases of postoperative esophageal cancer patients treated in Gaozhou people’s hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research object and divided into observation group and control group，60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention，and the observation group was given nutritional management intervention based on the concept of accelerated rehabilita- tion surgery. The indexes of postoperative rehabilitation，nutritional status，quality of life and nursing satisfaction were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results：The observation group began to get out of bed activity time，hospitalization time，treat- ment costs were lower than the control group（P<0.05）. After intervention，body weight（BW），body mass index（BMI），hemoglo- bin（Hb） and albumin（Alb） levels in observation group were higher than those in control group（P<0.05）. The scores of quality of life and nursing satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion：The nutritional management model based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery has a good effect on the improvement of postoperative nutritional status of patients with esophageal cancer，and can promote the rehabilitation of patients，improve the quality of life of pa- tients，improve nursing satisfaction.

食管癌是消化道肿瘤疾病中常见的一种恶性肿瘤，是出现在患者食道上皮细胞的恶性增殖[1]。目前食管癌的发病率呈逐年升高趋势，根据相关流行病学调查显示[2]，中国有较为庞大的食管癌发病人群，并且受到生活习惯、工作压力、不良饮食等多重因素的影响，食管癌已成为受到临床广泛关注的消化系统癌症疾病。目前 ， 对于食管癌的治疗主要是以根治术进行治疗干预，能够一定程度上提高患者的5年生存率。……
