快速康复外科护理在食管癌围术期中的应用效果评价

【摘要】目的：分析和研究快速康复外科护理在食管癌围术期中的应用效果。方法：研究选取的患者共有60例，研究开展的时间区间是2019年1月～2020年11月。所有患者均接受食管癌手术治疗，并在此基础上接受不同的护理干预模式。其中30例患者接受基础护理，为参考组，另外30例患者接受快速康复外科护理，为快速组。现将两组患者护理后的各项指标进行比较研究，并分析两组患者在术后发生并发症的类型和概率。结果：快速组患者的术后下床活动时间、进水时间、肠蠕动恢复时间以及住院时间相比于参考组，均有显著差异，快速组所用时间明显较短， P<0.05;快速组患者发生术后并发症的概率相比于参考组也明显较低， P<0.05。结论：快速康复外科护理应用于食管癌患者的围术期，能够取得良好的护理效果，缩短了患者术后的各项恢复时间，并且能有效预防并发症的发生，推广和应用价值都较高。

Application Effect Evaluation ofFast Track Surgery Nursing in Perioperative Period ofEsophageal Cancer

[Abstract] Objective： To analyze and study the application effect of fast track surgery nursing in perioperative period of esophageal cancer. Methods： A total of 60 patients were selected in the study， and the time interval of the study was January 2019 to November 2020. All patients received surgical treatment of esophageal cancer and received different nursing intervention modes on this basis. Among them， 30 patients received basic nursing as the reference group， and the other 30 patients received rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing， which was the fast group. Now the indicators of the two groups of patients after nursing were compared， and the types and probability of postoperative complications in the two groups were analyzed. Results： The postoperative ambulation time， water intake time， intestinal peristalsis recovery time and hospitalization time in the fast group were significantly different from those in the reference group， and the time taken in the fast group was significantly shorter， P<0.05; the probability of postoperative complications in the fast group was significantly lower than that in the reference group， P<0.05. Conclusion： The application of fast track surgical nursing in the perioperative period of patients with esophageal cancer can achieve good nursing effect， shorten the recovery time of patients after operation， and can effectively prevent the occurrence of complications， which has high promotion and application value.

快速康復外科在近年来已经被广泛的应用于临床，是一种全新的护理理念，通过各种优化措施对患者进行康复指导，从而减轻手术对患者心理或生理的影响，以达到减少应激反应、促进患者尽快恢复的目的[1-2]。本次研究选择了60例研究对象，分析快速康复外科护理的应用效果。

1 资料与方法
