“双一流”建设背景下抓好实验室党建工作的思考

摘要：“双一流”工程是党中央、国務院在新时期做出的重大战略决策，是指在一定时间内，有计划、有步骤的建设一批世界一流大学和一批世界一流学科。建设好“双一流”工程必须要把握好高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这一根本问题。做好高校实验室的学生党建工作，提高大学生特别是理工科学生的思想觉悟，培养德才兼备的科研人员，对于助力“双一流”工程的成功建设，具有十分重要的意义。本文结合理工科专业学生的特点，以高校实验室为“战斗堡垒”开展学生党支部建设工作，展开了一系列的探讨和研究。

Research on the Construction Model about the Party Branch of College Laboratory Students under the "Double-first-class" Project

Abstract： The "double-first-class" project is a major strategic decision made by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council in the new era. The aim is to build a number or world-class universities and a number of world-class disciplines in a planned and step-by-step manner within a certain period of time. In order to build a "double first-class" project， we must grasp the fundamental problem of what kind of people colleges and universities train， how to train people and for whom to train people. It is of great significance for the successful construction of the "double first-class" project to do a good job in the Party building of university laboratory students， to improve the ideological awareness of College students， especially students of science and engineering， and to train the researchers with both ability and morality. Based on the characteristics of students majoring in science and engineering， this paper takes university laboratories as "battle fortress" to carry out the construction of students′ Party branch， and carries out a series of discussions and studies.

“双一流”工程是继“985”工程，“211”工程之后，中国高等教育领域的又一重大建设工程，旨在通过若干年的扎实建设，坚持中国特色，世界一流，坚持内涵式发展，建设一批世界一流大学和一批世界一流学科[1]。党的十九大明确指出，要加快“双一流”工程建设的步伐。而建设世界一流大学，必须要牢牢抓住全面提高人才培养能力这个核心点，把握好人才培养的方向和大局，紧抓学生党建工作，发挥好学生党员的模范带头作用。目前，我国高等院校对于学生党建的工作十分重视，但对于结合理工科学生的专业背景和性格特征，依托实验室平台进行学生党支部建设的工作重视度还不够。所以，做好高校实验室学生党支部建设工作，进一步推动全面从严治党，将党的建设与“双一流”工程任务相结合，为加快推进教育现代化，全面建成小康社会提供强有力的组织保证。……
