转炉烟气除尘水系统水平衡问题及异常指标解决措施

摘 要：炼钢烟气除尘水系统主要问题为結垢和ss吸附，根本原因是吹炼过程中系统将大量石灰、氧化铁、CO、CO2和其他添加剂等杂质带入烟气中，杂质经气水接触进入循环造成除尘水污染严重，导致悬浮物超标。通过控制循环水水平衡及重要的水质指标，采用高效、环保分散阻垢水处理药剂，实施科学运行管理的方式，可以很好地控制炼钢除尘水“二文三脱”结垢问题，从而保障炼钢安全、高效运行。

Abstract： The main problems of dedusting water system for steelmaking flue gas are scaling and SS adsorption. The root cause is also that a large number of impurities such as lime， iron oxide， CO， CO2 and other additives are brought into the flue gas during the blowing process， and the circulating dedusting water is contacted by gas and water， resulting in serious pollution of dedusting water and high suspended solids. By controlling the circulating water balance and important water quality indexes， adopting efficient and environmental friendly decentralized scale inhibition water treatment agents， and implementing scientific operation management， it is ensured that the problem of two text and three descaling of steelmaking dust removal water is well controlled， so as to ensure the safe and efficient operation of steelmaking.

炼钢是钢铁企业的重中之重，是企业产能升级和提升产品技术竞争力的命脉。江海环保有限公司对炼钢特别是炼钢转炉除尘水系统运行有着十分成功的经验和良好的业绩支撑，先后完成了20多家钢铁湿法除尘水处理方案。为了更好地完成类似问题的处理，本文进行了相关数据的梳理与分析，并就炼钢转炉除尘水系统和水质变化的原因，与炼钢、钢铁企业领导与技术人员进行了相关探讨[1]。

1 除尘水系统的水质特性及重点问题

1.1 转炉烟气除尘水系统工艺原理

转炉烟气除尘水系统工艺过程是将炼钢转炉炉顶的烟气经过水洗涤形成净煤气加以回收[2]。除尘水煤气的洗涤和冷却方式是“二文三脱”。“二文三脱”是转炉一次除尘中应用最普遍的湿法除尘工艺，其中“二文”指的是一级文氏管和二级文氏管，“三脱”分别指的是重力脱水器、90°弯头脱水器和丝网脱水器。……
