悬挂式超细干粉自动灭火装置在铁路长大隧道设备洞室中的应用

摘 要：在分析超细干粉灭火原理和特点的基础上，根据铁路长大隧道设备洞室防火特点和相关规范标准，对悬挂式超细干粉自动灭火装置在河南郑州新郑国际机场至郑州南站城际铁路长大隧道设备洞室中的应用进行研究。在悬挂式超细干粉自动灭火装置的设备启动和联动控制、报警装置配备等方面，提出适应铁路隧道设备洞室防火特点的建议，为规范超细干粉自动灭火装置在铁路长大隧道设备洞室中的应用提供参考。

Abstract： Based on the analysis of the principle and characteristics of ultra-fine dry powder fire extinguishing， according to the fire protection characteristics of equipment caverns in long and large railway tunnels and related standards， this paper studies the application of suspended ultra-fine dry powder automatic fire extinguishing devices in equipment caverns of long and large tunnels of intercity railway between Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport and Zhengzhou South Railway Station， and puts forward suggestions for adapting to the fire protection characteristics of railway tunnel equipment caverns in terms of equipment start-up， linkage control and alarm device configuration of the suspended ultra-fine dry powder automatic fire extinguishing device， so as to provide a reference for standardizing the application of ultra-fine dry powder automatic fire extinguishing device in equipment caverns of railway long and large tunnels.

近年来，随着我国铁路建设的快速发展，铁路长大隧道越来越多。据统计，仅2020年新增开通运营铁路隧道就有714座，总长约为1 589 km，其中特长隧道有39座，总长约为498 km。隧道设备洞室是铁路隧道火灾的主要发生场所，一旦发生火灾，将造成供电和通信等设备损坏，中断铁路运输，造成不良社会影响。悬挂式超细干粉自动灭火装置因简单易用、灭火效率高、成本低，符合铁路隧道设备洞室的空间规模和无人值守等特点，在工程中得到越来越多的应用。目前，《铁路工程设计防火规范》（TB 10063—2016）及建筑行业相关防火规范在指导铁路隧道设备洞室防火方面还存在不完善、不具体、指导性弱以及可操作性差等问题，因此有必要结合工程实际情况，对悬挂式超细干粉自动灭火装置在隧道设备洞室中的应用进行探讨。
