基于岗位胜任力的临床医学人才培养模式构建与研究

摘要为顺应当前医学教育改革和发展趋势，强化医学人才培养契合未来临床岗位能力的需求，西安医学院构建并实施以岗位胜任力为导向的医学人才培养模式，通过加强德育教育、优化课程体系、提高临床技能、丰富课外实践等方式，有效地提高了我校医学教育培养质量，逐步提升了我校医学生整体岗位胜任力。

Construction and Research of Clinical Medical Personnel Training Mode Based on Post Competency

AbstractIn order to conform to the current reform and development trend of medical education，strengthen the training of medical talents， and meet the needs of future clinical post ability， Xi’an Medical College has constructed and implemented a post competency oriented medical talent training mode， which has effectively improved the training of medical talents in our school by strengthening moral education， optimizing curriculum system， improving clinical skills， and enriching extracurricular practice quality， to achieve the continuous improvement of clinical medical students’ post competency.

醫学教育的宗旨是为了培养守卫人们健康的合格医生，提高医学生医疗服务能力，是医学教育设计及改革的根本出发点。[1-2]医学院校教育是培养医学生胜任未来临床岗位能力的关键环节。[3]随着第三次医学教育变革的到来，我国多所医学院校通过针对学生岗位胜任力的培养进行教学改革。[4]我校结合地方医学院校实际，确定了面向基层培养“下得去、用得上、留得住”的应用型医疗卫生人才的办学定位和专业特点，突出“应用型”人才培养目标，对接标准，强化岗位胜任力培养。通过加强德育教育、优化课程体系、提高临床技能、丰富课外实践等方式，有效地提高了我校医学人才的培养质量。
