高校英语应用能力考试的反拨效应研究

摘要高校英语应用能力考试能够有效评估学生的英语学习效果，帮助培养学生的专业能力和语言应用能力。作为面向高校学生开展的一种标准化、大规模的测试，高校英语应用能力测试主要对语言知识、语言技能展开测试。研究高校英语应用能力考试的反拨效应，有利于促进我国高校英语语言教学理念与方式的改革，有利于促进学生英语语言学习的方式与方法的改进和提升，有利于促使高校大学生转变不恰当的学习方式和观念，积极研究适合自己的学习方法，拓宽学习英语的思路，增强学习英语的动力，从而提升学生英语学习能力和综合应用能力。

Study on the Backwash Effect of College English Proficiency Test

AbstractCollege English Applied Competence Test can effectively evaluate students’ English learning effects and help cultivate students’ professional ability and language application ability. As a standardized and large-scale test for college students， College English Applied Competence Test mainly tests language knowledge and skills. Research university English application ability examination backwash effect， promote English language teaching in colleges and universities and the way of reform， promote students’ English language learning way and the method of improvement andprogress，to helpcollege students shift inappropriate wayoflearningand ideas，positiveresearchissuitablefortheir own learning method， to broaden the thinking of learning English， Enhance the motivation of learning English， so as to improve students’ English learning ability and comprehensive application ability.

1研究现状、选题意义与价值

1.1国外研究现状

高校英语应用能力考试能够有效评估学生的英语学习效果，帮助培养学生的专业能力和语言应用能力。教育界将测试对学习与教学的影响称作反拨效应（backwash or washback）。英国语言学家首先将反拨效应的概念融入了应用语言学范畴中，在此反拨效应特指语言测试，尤其外语测试对语言教学与学习产生的效应和影响。在此之后，西方国家的语言学家纷纷开始研究反拨作用，其中以Wall&Alderson的反拨效应假设与Hughes的反拨效应模式在语言应用学领域的影响最大。Wall&Alderson（1993）的反拨假设主要从教学与学习、教师与学生这两个方面来开展研究，并提出了3类15个反拨效应假设（Washback Hypothesis），为反拨效应的实证研究奠定了坚实的理论基础。……
