教育新常态下高校外语教师专业共同体构建的有效路径探析

摘要高校外语的教育新常态表现为“共享”“新文科”“课程思政”、“线上线下混合式教学”。新常态给高校外语教师带来了巨大的挑战，教师专业共同体的构建显得尤为重要。本文将从思想树立、文化形成、制度制定、活动内容和组织结构五个方面探讨教育新常态背景下高校外语教师专业共同体构建的有效路径。

AbstractThe new normal of foreign language education in Colleges and universities is "sharing"， "new liberal arts"，"curriculum thinking and politics" and "online and offline mixed teaching".The new normal has brought great challenges to college foreign language teachers，and the construction of teachers’ professional community is particularly important. This paper will explore the effective path of the construction of college foreign language teachers’ professional community under the background of the new normal of education from five aspects： ideological establishment， cultural formation， system formulation， activity content and organizational structure.

“教育新常態”是近年来教育界提出的新概念，随着中国经济进入新常态，中国教育也面临的三个新常态：促进教育公平、提高教育质量、互联网+教育。同时，高校外语教育也步入了以“共享教育”“新文科”“课程思政”“线上线下混合式教学”为关键词，以“立德树人”为指导思想和目标的新常态。这一新常态赋予了高校外语教学更加深刻的内涵，而外语教师如何形成共同体才能促进外语教学质量的提升也成为高校外语教育的重要议题。

1新常态下的外语教师共同体

教师专业共同体的构建既是时代发展的必然结果，又是高等教育人才培养和教师个人展的客观需求。未来我们要建设的教师队伍，不但要思想素质过硬，还要有较高的专业水平，更重要的是要有较强的创新能力，这是我国教育可持续发展的保障。国内外研究者们也清晰地认识到“帮助教师如何学习是教育改革的关键所在，促进教师专业发展应聚焦于教师学习型共同体建设”（Liebermana&Pointer2018）。外语教师共同体不仅可以促进教师个人学科知识和学科教学能力的发展，还对学生的学习产生积极和深远的影响（Vangrieken et al. 2017）。……
