工匠精神与大学生思政教育的融合途径研究

摘要目前高校的思政教育中存在着与学生的职业发展结合的不够紧密、与学生的专业学习存在一定脱节、时代性特征不够突出等问题。将工匠精神融入大学生的思政教育既是全面育人理念的内在要求，也是社会职业规范的体现，同时也有助于帮助学生更好地实现自我价值。在日常的思政课教学中，教师可以通过以具体事例来讲授工匠精神、将工匠精神与学生的专业学习结合、将工匠精神与新时期的时代精神结合、让学生在实践中领会工匠精神及邀请优秀工作者来校宣讲等方式来促进二者更好地结合起来，从而推动高校思政教育的发展，为学生的发展提供良好的条件。

Research on the Integration of Craftsman Spirit and College Students’ Ideological and Political Education

AbstractAt present， the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is not closely combined with students’ career development， disconnected from students’ professional learning， and the characteristics of the times are not prominentenough.Integratingcraftsmanspiritintocollegestudents’Ideologicalandpoliticaleducationisnotonlytheinternal requirement of the concept of comprehensive education， but also the embodiment of social and professional norms， but also helps students better realize their self-worth. In the daily ideological and political teaching， teachers can promote the better combination of the two by selecting specific examples， combining the craftsman spirit with students’ professional learning， combiningthecraftsmanspiritwiththespiritofthetimesinthenewera，allowing students to understandthecraftsmanspirit in practice and inviting excellent workers to preach in the university， so as to promote the development of Ideological and political education in colleges and universities， Provide good conditions for students’ development.

1当前大学思想政治教育工作中存在的若干问题

1.1思政教育与学生的职业发展结合得不够紧密

长期以来，我国高校的思想政治教育工作都是以培养学生的世界观、价值观、人生观作为工作的目标的。这就决定了思政教育的内容也是以相关的主题为主的。如在目前的高校思政课中，除了一些具体的知识方面的课程外，很多授课内容都是围绕着如何帮助学生提升思想境界、形成正确的思想观念及养成相应的行为模式来展开的。这就不可避免地出现了思政教育与学生的职业发展结合得不够紧密的问题。

随着我国社会经济的发展，综合性人才的培养已经成为当前高校人才培养工作中的一个重要趋势。……
