“大思政”格局下高校“党建+社会服务”协同育人实现路径探究

摘要“大思政”格局是将思政教育全方位贯穿教育理念、教学内容及社会实践的重要举措，更是达成全程、全方位育人机制的关键所在。新时期，高校党建工作与社会服务实践教育形式的有效融合共同担负着培养社会主义合格建设者的共同使命，两者间的联动效应为高校思政教育指明了方向。为此，文章以“大思政”格局的价值内涵为切入点，從多种视角探索了高校“党建+社会服务”协同育人发展过程中的瓶颈因素，并以此契机，系统思考两者间融合的实现途径，旨在有效推动高校党建工作与社会服务协同育人机制的形成，并指导实践。

AbstractThe"bigideologicalandpolitical"patternisanimportantmeasuretointegrateideologicalandpoliticaleducation intoeducationconcept，teaching content andsocialpractice， and it is also thekey to achieve the whole process and all-round education mechanism.Inthe newperiod， the effective integration ofParty constructionandsocial servicepractice education formsincollegesanduniversitiesshoulderthecommonmissionofcultivatingqualifiedbuildersofsocialism，andthelinkage effect between the two points out the directionforideological andpolitical education in colleges and universities. Therefore， based on the value of the pattern of "big education" connotation as the breakthrough point， from a variety of perspective to explorethecollege"party+socialservices"bottleneckfactorsintheprocessofcollaborativeeducationdevelopment，andan opportunity， system realization ways of thinking between fusion， aimed at effectively to promote party construction in colleges and universities and social service cooperative education mechanism， the formation of and to guide the practice.

随着素质教育不断创新改革，“大思政”理念逐渐在高校思想政治教育中占据主导到位。尤其是党的十八大以来，党中央高度重视高校思政教育工作，从而为高校教育和人才培养机制指明了方向。在此背景下，坚持“党建引领、多方联动、培育英才”的教育理念，坚持以高校党建为根本目标，切实加强高校党组织的工作战斗力，充分确保党建工作是坚持党的绝对领导、整体教育资源、发挥联动效应及育人机制的重要保障。这就要求高校思政教育过程中，必须形成高效的“大思政”格局，实现育人机制和党建工作的无缝衔接，形成同向同行教育合力。在“大思政”格局科学引导下，社会服务育人是高校思政教育、提升学生实践能力、增强社会责任感的重要举措，更是高校充分落实党中央的教育方针，有效促进高等教育的高质量发展。……
