人参固本口服液治疗放化疗骨髓抑制机制探讨

摘要 骨髓抑制是恶性肿瘤放化疗中的常见不良反应之一。中医药在治疗放化疗所致的骨髓抑制中具有效果明确、不良反应小的优点。人参固本口服液由千古名方六味地黄丸与人参固本丸合方而成，是治疗放化疗骨髓抑制的有效药物。现从人参固本口服液的组方结构、功效特点和现代药理研究探究其治疗放化疗骨髓抑制的机制，以期为人参固本口服液在放化疗骨髓抑制防治中的应用提供理论指导。

Abstract Bone marrow suppression is one of the commonest side effects in chemoradiotherapy for malignant tumors.Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of clear effect and small adverse reaction in the treatment of myelosuppression caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Renshen Guben Oral Liquid is a combination of classic prescriptions，Liuwei Dihuang Pills and Renshen Guben Pills.It is an effective prescription for treating bone marrow suppression caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy.This study explores the mechanism of the treatment of myelosuppression caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy from the formulation structure，efficacy characteristics and modern pharmacological studies ofRenshen Guben Oral Liquid to provide theoretical guidance for the application of it in the prevention and treatment of bone marrow suppression caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

恶性肿瘤是严重危害人类健康的常见病、疑难病，放化疗是临床治疗恶性肿瘤的重要手段之一，但是其不良反应是导致放化疗期间患者病情恶化及影响抗癌效果的主要因素[1]，而骨髓抑制是放化疗最常见的不良反应之一[2]。现代医学治疗放化疗所致的骨髓抑制主要采用成分输血、使用各种血细胞集落刺激因子或造血干细胞移植等方法，虽然可以在短时间内将白细胞或血小板增加，但是随着放化疗次数的增加，这些方法的有效性会逐渐降低，且这些方法价格昂贵，并可出现过敏、皮疹、发热、移植物抗宿主病、肝炎等严重并发症[3]。近年来，中医药治疗放化疗所致骨髓抑制具有效果稳定、不良反应小的优点。人参固本口服液组方源自治疗千古名方人参固本丸与六味地黄丸，临床实践显示人参固本口服液是治疗放化疗骨髓抑制的有效药物。……
