高专院校思政教育教学资源共享的意义与运行机制

摘要高专院校思政资源共享是一个相互学习相互交流与合作的过程，通过共享，可以使教师与学生以及学校之间的多方合作与交流不断加强。因此，教育教学资源共享对于教师提高教育教学的实效性，对于学生能力的提高都具有重大意义。

AbstractThe sharing of Ideological and political resources in Colleges and universities is a process of mutual learning， mutual exchange and cooperation. Through sharing， the cooperation and exchange among teachers， students and schools can be strengthened. Therefore， the sharing of education and teaching resources is of great significance for teachers to improve the effectiveness of education and teaching， and for the improvement of students’ ability.

1高專院校思政教育教学资源共享的必要性

1.1从教师教育教学角度来看

2020年根据国家教育部发布的教育事业统计公报显示，全国一共有各级各类学校53.71万所，在校生2.89亿人，其中各种形式的高等教育在学总规模4183万人，高等教育毛入学率54.4%。高等教育已过渡到大众化教育阶段，对教育教学资源的需求也相应的快速增长。但是1999年扩招后，我国高等教育教学资源的投入远远落后于扩招之前的水平。更新速度比较慢。尤其是思政教学资源，因为思政课教材几乎每两年都有较大幅度的修订，有的旧资源缺乏新颖性，而且还很可能不能适应新形势新教材。

虽然目前网上有不少视频教案课件等教育教学资源，但是资源质量高低不齐，但凡一些质量稍好一点的资源又都是需要付费，或填写资料注册等等，使用起来有许多不便，尤其是资源比较杂、分类比较凌乱。寻找资料需要花大量时间却有可能找不到适合的高质量的资源。而高专院校间的资源共享能围绕专业特点，分门别类，有针对性的为师生提供便利的资源使用服务。……
