某商场给排水设计实例分析

摘 要：米脂县银州商城是位于陕西省榆林市的一幢六层商场，总面积为5 943.64 m2，建筑总高度为24.30 m，地上6层，地下1层，负一层为设备用房、储藏室，1到6层为商场。银州商城建筑给排水设计主要包括给水系统、排水系统、消防系统、自动喷淋系统四部分。商场分两个区供水，一到二层为低区，由市政管网直接供水，三到六层为高区，由变频泵供水。排水系统采用污废合流制。消防系统分消火栓系统和自动喷淋灭火系统两部分，火灾前10 min的水由消防水箱供给，贮水池内由正常供水提供。负一层到六层均设自喷系统，采用中危Ⅱ级标准。

Abstract： Mizhi County Yinzhou mall is a six-story shopping mall located in Yulin City， Shaanxi Province， with a total area of 5 943.64 m2 and a total building height of 24.30 m. There are six floors above ground and one underground floor. The negative ground floor is for equipment rooms and storage， and floors 1 to 6 are for shopping malls. Yinzhou city building water supply and drainage design mainly includes four systems： water supply system， drainage system， fire control system， automatic sprinkler system. The mall is divided into two district water supply. The first to second layers are the low areas， which are supplied directly by the municipal water supply pipe network; three ～ six layers are the high areas， which are supplied by the frequency conversion pump. The drainage system uses the sewage and sewage system. Fire protection system consists of fire hydrant system and automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing system. The water in the first 10 minutes of the fire is supplied by the fire water tank， and the water in the storage tank is Supplied by normal water. The negative first layer to six layer were set for sprinkler system， which use the danger grade II standard.

1 某商場建筑概况

该建筑位于陕西省榆林市，是一幢六层商场，总面积为5 943.64 m2，建筑总高度为24.30 m，地上6层，地下1层，负一层为设备用房、储藏室，1到6层为商城。建筑地上每层设一个公卫，公卫内的卫生设备采用蹲式便器、立式小便器和普通洗面盆，残卫内采用坐便器和台式洗脸盆。

1.1 建筑设计资料

建筑面积5 038.14 m2，建筑高度16.20 m。建筑各层层高：地下一层3.90 m;一、二层4.20 m;三到六层3.60 m;电梯机房、高位水箱间3.6 m。

1.2 相关给排水设计资料

1.2.1 据市政建设和环保部门批准文件决定，给水进水管自市政给水管DN400引入，进水管埋深按1.30 m计，给水管网提供的可靠水压常年可达0.20 MPa，水质标准符合饮用水。

1.2.2 排出污水水管可与城市排水管网相连，雨水就近排出;该市设有城市污水处理厂。

1.2.3 热水各户采用家用壁挂锅炉加热。……
