广东工业大学物联网技术创新能力及其影响因素分析

摘 要：本文基于物联网技术创新的视角总结了广东工业大学创新发展的主要特征，又从政策支持和市场需求两个方面总结了影响广东工业大学物联网技术创新发展的外部因素，以及从人才培养、成果转化、知识产权开发与运用、创新平台构建等方面分析了影响广东工业大学物联网技术创新发展的内部因素，提出促进广东工业大学物联网技术创新发展的对策建议。

Abstract： Based on the perspective of IoT technological innovation， this paper firstly summarizes the main characteristics of innovation and development of Guangdong University of Technology. Secondly， this paper analyzes the external factors affecting its innovation development from the aspects of policy support and market demand， and also analyzes the internal factors from the aspects of talent training， achievement transformation， intellectual property development and application， innovation platform construction. On this basis， this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of IoT technological innovation in Guangdong University of Technology.

2016—2020年第一季度，广东工业大学物联网发明专利申请202件，是广州排名首位的申请机构，占广州物联网发明专利申请总量的6.44%。从重点领域来看，广东工业大学拥有射频识别领域专利47件，位居全国首位;拥有全球射频识别高质量发明专利申请19件，位列全球第五。总体来看，广东工业大学物联网技术在广州处于领先水平，射频识别技术全国领先，并在全球具备竞争力[1]。

1 广东工业大学物联网技术创新发展特征

1.1 拥有高水平的物联网研究队伍及研发平台

广东工业大学在物联网及相关领域拥有国家级高层次人才7人，教育部高层次人才5人，国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才4人，科技部中青年科技创新领军人才4人等;拥有教育部创新团队“智能信息处理团队”和科技部重点领域创新团队“智能决策与协同控制创新团队”;拥有制造物联网技术国家地方联合工程实验室、智能制造信息物理融合系统集成技术国家地方联合工程研究中心等国家级研发平台，还与香港城市大学、香港理工大学、澳门科技大学等机构共同建设粤港澳离散制造智能化联合实验室。……
