双组分硅酮结构胶耐温性趋势研究

摘 要：研究选取市场上4个厂家的6个双组分硅酮结构胶产品，进行不同温度条件下的拉伸性能测试和同一温度下的耐久性试验，总结其性能变化趋势，以防止结构胶在不可靠的环境中使用。在-30～200℃内，随测试温度升高，拉伸粘接强度和伸长率以近似线性下降趋势变化。同一温度长期耐久性因老化温度不同和配方差异有不同变化趋势，在150℃以上温度长期使用时应考虑结构胶与玻璃的粘接问题。

Research on the Temperature Resistance Trend of Two-Component Silicone Structural Sealant

Abstract：Six two-component silicone structural sealants from four manufacturers in the market are selected to conduct tensile tests at different temperatures and durability tests at the same temperature to summarize their performance trends， so as to prevent the use of structural sealant in an unreliable environment. Within -30～200℃， the tensile bonding strength and elongation change in an approximate linear downward trend with the increase of test temperature. The long-term durability at the same temperature has different trends due to different aging temperatures and formulas. When using it at the temperature above 150℃ for a long time， the bonding between structural sealant and glass should be considered.

0 引言

双组分硅酮结构密封胶广泛用于建筑玻璃幕墙中空玻璃外道密封和附框粘接等[1]。硅酮密封胶中起主要作用的成分是羟基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷，其主链主要由Si—O—Si键组成，分子链断裂能很高，具有良好的耐高低温性能，可在-50～200℃内长期使用[2]。GB 16776—2005《建筑用硅酮结构密封胶》对结构胶耐温性要求为在-30℃和90℃下拉伸粘接强度不小于0.45 MPa，且粘接破坏面积不大于5%，未考察硅酮胶在此范围内性能变化规律以及超出此温度范围结构胶的变化情况。本研究选取市场上4个厂家的6个双组分硅酮结构胶产品，进行不同测试温度下的拉伸性能测试和同一温度下的耐久性试验，总结其性能变化规律，以防止结构胶在不可靠的环境中使用。

1 实验

本方案选取了国内外4个厂家6个牌号的硅酮结构密封胶，记为结构胶1#～结构胶6#，参考GB/T 13477.8—2017《建筑密封材料试验方法 第8部分：拉伸粘接性的测定》试验方法，将待测结构胶粘接在两个平行基材的表面之间，制成“工”字型粘接试件，见图1;选用粘接基材为浮法玻璃和阳极氧化铝。……
