建筑安全施工管理策略在建筑施工中的应用

【摘  要】论文以建筑安全施工管理策略在建筑施工中的应用为研究内容，首先从提高建筑施工安全水平、保障建筑施工进度、提高建筑工程经济效益3个维度归纳了建筑安全施工管理策略应用的意义，探讨了建筑安全施工管理策略应用的要点，并从组织建设、制度建设等角度提出了应用对策。

【Abstract】Taking the application of building safety construction management strategies in building construction as the research content， this paper firstly summarizes the significance of the application of building safety construction management strategies from three dimensions： improving the safety level of building construction， ensuring the building construction progress and improving the economic benefits of building engineering， discusses the key points of the application of building safety construction management strategies. This paper puts forward the application countermeasures from the perspective of organization construction and system construction.

1 引言

改革开放40年来，我国经济建设取得了巨大的成就，工业化、现代化、城镇化水平持续提升。得益于此，建筑行业获得了长足的发展，成为国民经济的支柱行业之一。建筑施工管理是保障建筑工程经济、社会效益的关键，而安全管理是建筑施工管理的重要一环。安全管理不仅关系到工程现场施工的安全性，对工程的质量管理、进度管理、成本管理也有重要影响。受各种因素的影响，当前建筑施工安全管理中存在很多问题，对此，要强化建筑安全施工管理策略在建筑施工中的应用，提高建筑施工安全管理水平。

2 建筑安全施工管理策略在建筑施工中应用的意义

2.1 提高建筑施工安全水平

就建筑施工而言，确保施工安全始终是施工管理的基本要求。近年来，随着我国建筑市场的不断规范，施工安全事故得到了有效的控制，但安全事故仍然时有发生，且呈现出反复的现象。一线建筑工人乃至施工管理人员自身安全意识不高是诱发安全事故的重要因素，最为典型的便是不遵守规定佩戴相应的安全防护用具，增加了安全风险的发生概率。……
