水利水电工程管理及施工质量控制问题的探讨

【摘  要】水利水电工程建设能够更好地满足人民群众的实际需求，对我国社会发展意义重大。工程管理与施工质量控制作为水利水电工程的关键内容，直接影响整个工程的良好运行，因此，水利水电工程管理者需要将工程管理与施工质量控制作为重点关注对象。基于此，论文对水利水电工程管理及施工质量控制的相关内容进行深入探讨，从水利水电工程管理工作的内容入手，分析了工程管理与施工质量控制的现存问题，最后提出几点建议，以供参考。

【Abstract】The construction of water conservancy and hydropower engineering can better meet the actual needs of the masses of the people， which is of great significance to China's social development. As the key content of water conservancy and hydropower engineering， engineering management and construction quality control directly affect the good operation of the whole engineering. Therefore， water conservancy and hydropower engineering managers need to focus on engineering management and construction quality control. Based on this， this paper deeply discusses the relevant contents of management and construction quality control of water conservancy and hydropower engineering， starts with the content of management work of water conservancy and hydropower engineering， analyzes the existing problems of engineering management and construction quality control， and finally puts forward some suggestions， for reference.

1 引言

近年来，我国社会经济得以快速发展，为水利水电工程带来了较好的发展机遇，相应地，也使得水利水电企业面临较大的竞争压力。为快速提升自身实力，各企业纷纷探究有效的策略进行改革，逐渐提高了对于工程管理与施工质量控制的关注程度。不过在此项工作的实际开展过程中，仍存在一定的问题，影响最终的管控效果，因此，需要针对这一问题进行研究并据此提出改进建议。

2 水利水电工程管理工作的内容

对于水利水电工程建设企业而言，其管理水平的高低，会直接影响企业自身的经济效益，特别是在同行业竞争日趋激烈的今天，工程管理及施工质量控制对于水利水电工程建设企业更为重要。在实际管控过程中，企业应结合工程建设特点，对施工进度、质量、安全以及工程造价加以严格控制，从而保证工程项目的正常开展。……
