国有企业安全生产标准化管理探析

【摘  要】安全生产是国有企业开展生产活动的重中之重，安全生产标准化管理有助于国有企业安全生产管理的落地实施，对于国有企业的可持续发展意义重大。论文在介绍安全生产标准化管理的含义的基础上，简要阐述了安全生产标准化管理对国有企业生产管理的现实意义，针对当前国有企业安全生产标准化管理存在的问题，提出了进一步加强安全生产标准化管理的建议，以期对国有企业管理有所帮助，促进国有企业安全、快速、健康发展。

【Abstract】Safety production is the top priority for state-owned enterprises to carry out production activities. Safety production standardization management is conducive to the enforcement and implementation of safety production management in state-owned enterprises， and is of great significance to the sustainable development of state-owned enterprises. On the basis of introducing the meaning of safety production standardization management， this paper briefly expounds the practical significance of safety production standardization management to the production management in state-owned enterprises， and puts forward some suggestions on further strengthening safety production standardization management in view of some problems existing in the current safety production standardization management in state-owned enterprises， so as to help the management of state-owned enterprises， and promote the safe， rapid and healthy development of state-owned enterprises.

1 引言

近年来，我国经济飞速发展，综合国力不断提高，党和政府越来越关注各领域的安全问题，陆续制定了一系列的安全政策法规来引导和约束生产企业，使之加强生产过程的安全管理。安全生产不只是人民群众关注的热点、难点问题，更是和谐社会建设的关键点。只有搞好安全生产，实现安全发展，国家才能富强安宁，百姓才能平安幸福，社会才能和谐安定。国有企业作为国民经济的支柱，承担了更多的社会责任。安全生产标准化是国有企业承担社会责任的具体表现。目前，虽然大部分国有企业已经开展了安全生产标准化管理，但是执行过程中仍存在问题，导致一些安全性事故时有发生。因此，国有企业有必要进一步加强安全生产标准化管理。安全生产标准化建设不仅能够进一步提升国有企业的安全生产水平，而且对于国有企业的可持续发展也具有重要意义。……
