中小企业生产现场质量管理优化措施探究

【摘  要】中小企业要想做好生产现场质量管理，需要保证企业全局和生产现场相关工作的有效运行。质量管理体系从全局方面为企业生产提供系统、可靠的过程管控，5S管理的有效运行保证企业生产现场更加整洁、有序，班组管理工作的开展可以有效协调企业与员工之间的关系，进一步保证和提升企业的生产效率。论文立足中小企业的实际情况，从市场对中小企业发展的需求出发，探讨当前中小企业生产现场质量管理存在的问题，探究其在当前形势下应该采取的措施。

【Abstract】If small and medium-sized enterprises want to do a good job in production site quality management， they need to ensure the effective operation of the overall situation and relevant work of the production site in enterprises. The quality management system provides systematic and reliable process control for the enterprises' production from the aspect of overall situation. The effective operation of 5S management ensures that the enterprises' production site is cleaner and orderly. The development of team management work can effectively coordinate the relationship between enterprises and employees， and further ensure and improve the enterprises' production efficiency. Based on the actual situation of small and medium-sized enterprises， starting from the market demand for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises， this paper discusses the problems existing in the current production site quality management in small and medium-sized enterprises， and explores the measures they should take under the current situation.

1 引言

改革开放至今，中小企业始终是推动社会发展的核心动力源，中小企业是国民经济体系的重要组成部分，有着广泛的社会经济基础。在我国1.2亿户市场主体中，有3000多万中小企业、8000多万个体工商户。可以说中小企业是稳就业的主要渠道、保产业链稳定的重要环节，也是保市场主体的关键[1]。2021年是“十四五”规划的开局之年，是我国现代化建设进程中具有特殊重要性的一年，因而，着力保持经济大盘稳定、聚焦高质量发展方向不动摇是开局之首，是重中之重。要保持经济平稳发展的态势，护航中小企业发展是必不可少的一环。2021年以来，各政府部门频频发声，持续释放加大力度支持中小企业发展的政策信号。

随着经济的快速发展，市场上各类商品日益丰富，大部分产品已经处于买方市场，人们拥有更多的选择权，同时，人们的生活水平不断提高，购买的标准也由原来的“价廉”向“物美”转变。……
